Thanks to the information given by the owner on WhatsApp, it was super easy to find. If you arrive by train, the station is only 300m away which was very helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean at arrival and they passed each day to clean it again. The mattresses are harder than the ones we are used to but we slept extremely well. It is a perfect room for a young couple.

The breakfast is in a small café near the B&B which was not a problem, but unfortunately it is a small one. You are offered one drink (a coffee, cappuccino, orange juice, …) and one piece of pastries or a toast which is absolutely not enough if you plan a long trip to the city. So every day, we took a second piece to eat but fortunately it is not expensive at all. The property is super nice, but the quarter is very far away from the centre and it is quite dirty in the streets, there is garbage everywhere. So if you don’t like that, look for a property which is closer to the centre.

The decoration is phenomenal. Bedrooms while not huge are decent and comfortable. Just lacking a storage area for the clothes. The breakfast is nice but lacks a little bit of options. I wanted some toast with butter and they didn't have it. The localization is not bad and has lots of movement throughout the day but at night can be a little eery. We had a guy following us one night, but my boyfriend managed to scare him off.

For breakfast, though the guy from the establishment was always very accommodating and nice! The location is very close to the centre with a bus, though not the best curated one.

The rooms are totally renovated and it's a brand new BnB. The room was also very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The check-in was very easy and the attention of the owner very good and responsive. There was also breakfast included at a bar nearby. Great value for money too. I would totally recommend it!

Only the location is a bit outside the center. But it's a 5 min walk from Trastevere train station where there are various busses. And you can also walk to Piazza Navona and the city center in around 40 minutes.

We had a great stay at Dream BnB Roma. The self check-in was easy through WhatsApp and instructions were clear. The host was responsive. The room was very clean with A/C, a must in a Roman heatwave! Conveniently located near the Trastevere train station, so very easy to take a train or a bus to go visit Rome or the Vatican. Breakfast is included in a Caffe across the street (coffee/cappuccino+sandwich or pastry). Good service there too. Great value!

Decor, texts and colors might put some people off, but I really liked them - and the concept: it has some holiday vibe that appealed to me. Within walking distance from Trastevere train station, which has direct connections to the Fiumicino Airport, thus very convenient to our travel plans. The city center is also close enough if you are in the mood for a 3-4 km walk, yet far enough to avoid the overpriced mediocre food that the tourist traps in that area do offer: there are at leat 2-3 restaurants nearby that offer [very] good food at decent prices. The little bars like the one the included brakfast is served are also awesome, for they are catering mostly for locals and that makes you feel like being part of the community (plus: it's always a good thing to eat, drink and have a coffee where the locals do). I would give a 9.5 for the cleanliness just because I found a hair in the shower cabin, although I'm not sure that this would truly reflect the reality: everything else was immaculate, while cleaning is performed on a daily basis (by a rather young and enthusiastic lady, not like the grumpy ones we're all used to see - which is yet another reason to smile while on a holiday). Very efficient communication through whatsapp. By the way, because of the "contacless" self-check-in procedure - so convenient that I'd like to see it implemented everywhere - we've never met the host; even so, her kindness transpired through our online conversations strong enough to leave me with fond memories of his place.

We chose the location because of the convenient, direct train to the Vatican and the airport. I loved the room!! It was very comfortable and quiet with the outside shades drawn. Breakfast was around the corner at a cafe with fresh cappuccino. We loved our stay!!

Room was clean. There was machine where you could get sparkling water and fill your bottle, that was nice.

Surrounding felt unsafe. There was a noise from the aisle and other rooms which disturbed especially in the nights. Breakfast system were a little bit unclear and it was just a sandwich and coffee.

The room was very clean and comfortable; the access codes made getting into the room easy; the free breakfast was basic but appreciated.

The location isn't very appealing, especially with the construction site out the front; didn't feel very safe returning to the apartment late at night.

Excellent Italian breakfast. Very comfortable and neat room. Maintenance staff very welcoming and ready to serve. Location - quite near to the rail station. Two supermarkets nearby. Calm and far from the main traffic stream.

Days I stayed were too few..

Location, design of the rooms, facilities and easy communication with staff. The breakfast to the Boombar was also sufficiently varied and enjoyable. The entire place is very well put together and the design has a nice story.
