Fantastic location, lovely building and apartment with a great roof terrace for views etc. The apartment was really spacious with two full bathrooms, and loads of storage space. A/C worked well and was very quiet. All in all a great stay and would recommend, just need to make clear the kitchen set up so there are no surprises for guests.

I stayed in Apartment 8, which was nice, but the kitchen set up was not made clear and was poor. There was a mini fridge and a small amount of equipment. I was expecting a full kitchen so this was disappointing. Whilst the mini fridge worked well I do not understand, why, as a minimum, there was not a full fridge, and more cutlery/cup/plates etc. The daily cleaning service was a bonus though.

This place far exceeded our expectations, it had more than everything we look for; - The most comfortable beds and pillows ever! - very quiet - so very well set up, nice atmosphere that is established from the moment you arrive and are greeted by the wonderful staff - the very best location - everything is walkable and short distances - 2 minutes to the market, many amazing restaurants, even the archeological site is a short 20 min walk! You can tell this is a property that genuinely cares about customer experience!

We ran out of hotvwater every night. They told us to wait longer between showers but the hot water runout from the first shower. In my opinion this is a big minus. Never happened to me at any place before. Abit disaapointed by the layout of the appartment. The bathroom is huge while the shower is very narrow and no shelfs for soaps. And the living room is really small. You sit on a sofa in the kitchen. Its ok if this was a small apparment but it is pretty big but just feels like waisted spaces.

The property was amazing. The two suites were very clean, very new and very comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless. AC was great. The location is ideal. Parking was literally 3 mnts away. Really an amazing place.

The only thing that wasn’t clear in the pictures was that one room had the bathroom in the same space with no door or partition so only one person used the room as we were a bunch of friends not couples. Other than that, everything was perfect for us.

We were a married couple traveling with a single friend. The apartment with terrace was perfect for us. Downstairs is a kitchen, dining area and a small sofa with one bedroom and one bathroom. Upstairs is a second bedroom and bathroom plus terrace. Both floors have small balconies as well. The separate bedrooms and baths gave plenty of privacy to all. The apartment was modern and clean and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, close to parking, the market, downtown, etc. Friendly staff at check in.

This property is in a great location. Close to everything . We loved the spaciousness and our private terrace ! The room was really like a small apartment . We were so happy to have an iron for our clothes too after travelling for six weeks.

We are not young and there were many stairs up to the room. It was a bit hard going for us with suit cases ( even though we had help ) and after a night out. However, it was worth it.

Excellent location and charming interiors. We took the “cave room” and had plenty of space for two. The decor was cosy and interesting and located in a smaller street so quiet in the evening and naturally cool. Very close to Apollo temple and walking distance to all major sites.

The shower could have been more clean but I suspect it’s because the room is a ground floor property and dark. Still overall it was fine

An excellent part of the city that’s close to the parking lot, market, and sea. The staff was very helpful and nice and told us locations to go to in the city. We stayed in two different rooms and I must say the room on the second level was beautiful. A great hotel to see the city. Would definitely stay again.

The ground level room had very weak WiFi and the bed was a little uncomfortable. But it was very cozy despite that.

We came to Ortigia in the middle of the “Medicane”. The day we checked in was the worst of it. Driving rains, heavy winds, streets were flooded and closed. The city was pretty much lockdown and everything was close. We were so fortunate to have a fully equipped apartment, because all we could do was shop at the grocery and stay in for 24 hours. The apartments are nicely decorated in a contemporary design. Ours had vaulted ceilings. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. The location is superb. I would highly recommend staying here for your visit to Ortigia

Beautiful fresh comfortable room. Absolutely spotless. High ceiling and light and bright. The staff were all very friendly, and the warm Brioche with pistachio Granata, from the Boutique Cafe,was just s perfect way to start the day.

The lack of a full length mirror, and also running out ot toilet rolls wasn't good x
