Hotel Spicy

Maria was an excellent host giving us many fantastic suggestions we got the budget room which was very good for the price you pay the shower was tiny but the rest of the room was excellent I felt very welcome to stay at this hotel and the price was an absolute bargain also the buffet was one of the better ones in Italy

Just the small shower but not a big deal

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful (particularly the gentlemen who worked the late shift during our stay). Very close to a local swim spot picture below.

The staff were great - made some lovely recommendations for Dinner - which there was a free pick up service to, food at them was superb and the view. Breakfast had heaps of variety. Was a short walk to Bus stop of Shuttle which we preferred to use. Is a little out of Sorrento so was quieter and view was lovely.

The bathroom/shower was very small. No Lift which with my sister having an injured heal made it difficult. This was only an issue for us as we are in our 50's unfit and over weight. There was someone to take our bags to our room on arrival which was great. We went at peak time and the price per night reflected this.

Bad sound insulation made the room noisy

The best think at the hotel was the personel ,very friendly organised , and polite helpfull over the top , they gaves tips about our stay , and the program of train and the busses, they can also help you book activites dinners etc, at the breakfast also very friendly personel every day making us a coffee. The hotel has modern design details at the lobby. Every day fresh clean sheets and towels that smell wonderful,and new shampoo every day . It's near the bus station ,and 3.5km from center .The breakfast has many sweets options , more than 15 choices (waffles, croissants, chocolate and lemon cakes , tart , donuts , etc.) not so many salty choices boiled eggs, scrable egg ,baycon, salami ,turkey and cheese and tomatoes. the personel made our vacation easier.

The room and the bathroom is a bit old with small shower . Luck of sound proof, from my room we can hear other guest at the corridor ,(i think it was a group going in others room , and slamming the doors ).There wasn't a fringe at the room , (positive : you could buy cold water at the reception 24/7) . There isn't a elevator .

Room was very comfortable. I enjoyed balcony. Close to beach which was not overcrowded Rich and tasty breakfast.

The staff were so amazing, so friendly, helpful and always smiling. To be honest the staff just added to the charm of this lovely, little, quirky hotel.

It would of been great if the hotel had their own restaurant as breakfast was so delicious but the staff recommended some local places to eat that were amazing.

The location was good, just 10 min away from the city center by bus. The bus station is 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The staff was friendly, specially Maria from the reception. Breakfast was included and it was ok, more like sweets options.

The walls are very thin and you can hear the other people. It was noisy because of the people slamming the doors and talking loud on the hallway.

Easy to access sorrento centre. Good breakfast. On-site parking.

Rooms slightly small
