Hotel Zi' Teresa

Communication with hotel was good When sunny the room had a good view…unfortunately rain prevented use of pool A little noisy at night as it is across lane from police station - however it was also across lane from great restaurant Breakfast food was good, but lacked ambience in breakfast room…would benefit from background music…also lobby space/bar was exceedingly quiet! Staff were welcoming, friendly and plentiful.

Close to centre and restaurants and like rooftop view most of staff very friendly and helpful.

That rooftop bar not open and although advertised restaurant not available.. didn't like blankets need quilts... noisy if in room at front of hotel.

We have stayed in many hotels in Sorrento and this was one of the best! The staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. We arrived to find that the balcony to one of our rooms was in the sun (during a heatwave) and requested to move to a room with a balcony in the shade and this was arranged promptly. The views from our balconies were wonderful and our rooms were very clean and well laid out. The beds were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool during the day and the roof top bar in the evenings. The hotel is very well located, only a few minutes walk from Sorrento station and a further few minutes to Piazza Tasso. We would definitely stay here again.

We would have liked a kettle in our rooms.

The location of this hotel was excellent. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento, and there are also nice restaurant and bars nearby. Room was excellent also. We stayed in a double room with a balcony. Room was a good size and the balcony had a great view of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius which we weren't expecting. The room (and hotel overall) was very clean and our room was cleaned daily. The interior and facilities are slightly dated, but honestly we found it charming. Pool area was also really nice, as was the roof top terrace. Stand were friendly and helpful

Breakfast probably could have been a little better. However, there is a big selection available so you'll find something you'll like (I had croissants and coffee in the morning which were fine).

Great location, very easy to get to, being only 15mins walking distance from the port, as well as main streets. Also very close to hire car or scooter stores. Booked the smaller, cheaper room which still had gorgeous ocean views. Best part was the very well working air conditioner!

Like all other reviews, it was bizarre that the pool closed so early at 6pm. As the sun doesn’t go down til 8pm and it is still very hot, it would be nice to enjoy after a long day. Also, for some reason, it’s sooo incredibly noisy in the hallways at all times and sounded as if we had no walls or front door! I think it’s the housekeepers in the morning talking obnoxiously loud and non-stop. Don’t expect to enjoy a sleep in.

Little gem of a hotel, well located near the station with amazing views of vesuvius andnthe bay of Naples. Near to the train station and the town centre. Very clean and with excellent staff.

Room a little small for 4 people but manageable.

The quiet location, the cleanliness, and the helpful staff were all wonderful.

convenient and staff provided adequate services and recommendations for outings. garage space, though small, was on property

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Zi Teresa. The rooftop bar had a gorgeous view of the sea and Vesuvius. We also loved the pool which was a refreshing way to end our days out. The breakfast was decent as well with some great options. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Sorrento and 5 minute walk to the station which was great. Staff were always friendly!

The pool area was smaller with limited lounges but the pool itself was a decent size. The hotel and room were always clean but a little outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade.
