It is ok place. It is a room in a building. Quite small, but owner is very friendly, room is very nice, bathroom a bit small, but ok. For short stay is ok. Breakfast is in local nearby. Nothing special - just italian breakfast. Coffee and croisant. In the room it was refrigerator nad free water - very good thing from the owner. We were traveling with car and were changing places everyday. For this kind of travel, it is ok. Price is very good, so consider everything is a good choice.
Small bathroom, one window could not be closed entirely, so there was some noise from the street. Luckily not to much. Air condition is over the bed, what is not the best thing.

It is a B&B. A room with 3 beds (one double) and it was what I was asking for. Not something classy. Just a room to spend the night. The room was quiet and we had our own bathroom. Breakfast is served in a near caffe with the use of coupons (coffee and a croissant or something similar)
Like I mentioned, not something special. Just to spend a night or two. Bathroom in the room was narrow. You should speak a little Italian in order to communicate or use a translation app.

The personnel was very friendly and welcomed us kindly in spite of the language barrier. The flat was nice, and AC definitely helped during the warm nights. It was easy to park our car nearby, for a decent price (mere few euros a day).
It is a bit far from Old Town by foot (count 50min or so). Fortunately there is a bus (line 8) that takes you there very easily, definitely consider it as the areas you cross on the way are not the most glamorous.

the staff is very kind and I really like the bed was very comfortable . everyday after they clean the room they put sweets
wasn’t very easy to find a free parking and even paid parking near the place . there isn’t a window in the room . the bathroom is old . the bathroom is not with room is separated you have to go out of the room and walk the hallway and use the bathroom near to another room.
