Super location,cosy hotel, friendly staff

The room was very cold. After entering the room the receptionist turned on the air conditioning in order to warm the room, however it didn’t work. We slept in our hats.. Next day they fixed the air conditioner but it worked only when we were in the room. It didn’t help much. The water was warm only from time to time, the best time to take a shower was around 7 in the morning, later the water was barely warm, it was hard to relax in such conditions.

Location is amazing. Beautiful spot in walking distance to all the main sites, yet away from the crowds so much quieter. Couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay - would definitely book again for excellent budget friendly stay.

The beds were a little hard (but my partner liked that so it’s definitely a preference thing). Would certainly get the shower curtain fixed as was hanging off the wall. The air conditioning unit was also noisy at times and woke me up through the night.

great price and location, 20 minutes walk from anywhere worth going haha. Room was very cosy with a smart tv provided. Breakfast was included and very nice as well as 20% off the restaurant for other meals, the food was all very good.

The shower ran mostly cold, or on the colder side. We visited during a time where it was between 0° and 4° all day so it wasn’t ideal. But i’m aware the the cold weather may have also effected the water temperature. The one night we ate dinner at the In The Hotel restaurant the head waiter seemed a little rude whilst answering our very reasonable questions regarding the food and menu considering it was our first ever meal in Venice/Italy. But otherwise not a bad experience.

The stuff, the room, dinner are all wonderful. They give a 30% discount for dinner at the restaurent for the guests. It is a nice place, recommended.

Lovely location - pretty looking over the canal and not too busy. Close enough to walk to st marks square and Rialto (15-20 min) and also a short walk from both accademia and salute waterbus stops. Our hairdryer wasn’t working on arrival and was promptly replaced when reported. Air con in room was good

Breakfast was very basic with limited choice. Shower quite small but good water pressure

Fab location with a room overlooking the canal, breakfast from 8-10 and a very comfortable room just minutes from the nearest vaporetti stops and plenty of great bars and places to eat.

As I am addicted to tea (I’m a Northerner; it’s in our genes) I did miss a kettle in my room, but otherwise no complaints - cracking hotel, especially for the price!

The hotel is situated in a great location right next to a beautiful canal, it has restaurants with tables outside which is a plus. The room was lovely as well as the reception and details. The breakfast was good but the downside was that you couldn't make it yourself each time you had to ask the waiter.

The sleeping pillows were very flat and therefore not comfortable

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great location for all the tourists' attactions in Venice. The breakfast was nice.

The shower needs updating. It was cracked and old. But it was ok for us we were only there the 1 night.

Very good location! Bed extremely comfortable and price wise good value for money! I would definitely go back for my next visit in Venice . I recommend it if you are planning on having a short stay and a strategic point to visit Venice .

Maybe breakfast could have been better as there aren’t many things to order from

Lovely property with red and gold interior that felt traditional but not stuffy or old. Really lovely staff very friendly. My room has a beautiful balcony with lovely traditional shutters. Bathroom felt quite new and was very clean.

There was nothing I didn’t really like.
