The property was immaculate and the hosts were absolutely fantastic and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice. This was our first trip to a country where we don't speak the local language but the hosts were really helpful and provided my partner with a gluten free breakfast every day which was very much appreciated. A particularly nice touch was when they came in for room service after our first night and clearly spotted we had bought a bottle of wine to drink in our room, so they left us with a couple wine glasses for when we returned later in the day. Whilst this might seem relatively minor, it just showed how conscientious the hosts were in trying to accommodate all needs. From our searching, I don't think you would find better accommodation for the price in Venice, and the location is ideal for walking to the more tourist-y parts of Venice and getting to-and-from the transport hub at Piazzale Roma.

The only very minor issue was the noise from the street outside in the mornings (we are late sleepers), but I am sure this would be the case at any property in Venice where there are so many people pretty much everywhere.

The B&B is conveniently located near the San Samuele ACTV stop and Campo Santo Stefano city square. I like how easy it was to get to the major touristy sites from here. The host was super friendly. On arrival, he gave us a map marked with all the point of interests. It was my first time travelling with my daughter so I had a lot of questions. He answered all of them patiently. He even secured covid appointment tests and showed us how to purchase Verona train tickets. Not sure why other reviewers complained about breakfast options? Breakfast was plentiful - boiled eggs, fresh croissants, mini wheat/white rolls, meat and cheese tray, cereals and ton of fruits (kiwi and grapefruits! how generous. most places would probably offer bananas and apples). The room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

I would suggest adding a thicker curtain to the window near the entrance. The street lamp was bright and shining right to the bed.

Place is very close to major attractions, but away from all the chaos. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The breakfast was ok, although I don't eat a lot in the mornings, a cup of coffee and a croissant are always welcomed. There were other things also, cereals, ham, cheese, yoghurts and fruits. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you 😊!

Great hosts in a lovely property with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location close to tourist highlights such as San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Rodolfo made us welcome and was very informative about the area, waterbuses etc. The lady who provided the lovely breakfast (sorry, can't recall her name) was very nice, as was the lady who cleaned the rooms which were spotless. Much better than an impersonal hotel.

Absolutely wonderful! Rodolfo and the team were such a pleasure to deal with and definitely helped our whole experience! He even gave us a map to show the best locations and one of his favourite bars! Great location and the room was pure perfection, not to mention the breakfast was beautiful as well! Could not recommend staying here more and hopefully we’ll be back next year for our honeymoon!

Rodolfo is very kind and friendly. The breakfast excecds my expectation. The location is perfect if you are visiting the Academia gallery, Teatro La Fenice and the concert at San vidal Church. Close to public transport stops. There are very nice Trattorias and restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. Definitely will stay here again next time in Venice.

The B&B is in a perfect location, near to every important and interesting location. Our room was perfect, cozy and clean. The breakfast was plenty and delicious! Rodolfo is an angel! We were on our honeymoon (Venice was the second stop), he marked us a few locations (best pizza, romantic terrace, best shops) and all of these were exactly what we were looking for. Ask him anything, he has an immense knowledge about the place, he'll help you get around the tourist spots to find the hidden gems of Venice. 10/10

This Hotel was a very good choice! It is located in San Marco and has a modern interior design. Everything is in walking distance. When we've arrived we were welcomed by the owner Rodolfo, who has made our Trip unforgettable. He gave us a lot of good recommendations. This Hotel has a feel-at-home atmosphere and the breakfast was served in a very cute way and was more than enough. We will defintely come back! Thank you very much Rodolfo and Lili! property was is in a great location, me and my husband was able to walk to st marks in just 15mins and the bridge. the hosts were also amazing and very welcoming, giving some great tips on where to visit! thank you to Rodolfo & the lady who helped with breakfast, you both made our stay extra comfortable! would 100% recommend to anyone travelling to Venice
