Very clean and comfortable room. Check in simple and easy with the building superintendent. Contact # provided next to elevator entrance. Check out via key drop box. Super convenient to busses and food. Short walk to anything pretty much.
For our extended stay I would have appreciated more clear direction on how trash and linen services worked. Language barrier my have been a factor, absolutely not their fault.

Great value, location and facilities, 3,500JPY/ night and you get simple kitchen (free rental utensils and pans) and a couch, table and balcony.
Front desk is 1500-2000, and it takes a while to get a reply to my email, I asked them “what if I can’t make it by 2000 how can I check in? ” by email several times but got no reply to that question. And some left over drinks were still in the fridge from last guest…..

It was super easy to get into the property once we translated everything.
everything was wonderful. due to it being here in okinawa, the bathroom was alittle musty but you could easily shut the door and you would never know!

It’s located in a good area, good restaurants around and the beach right there, of course we couldn’t swim because it was cold, but every time I Stay here is always amazing!
Maybe the beds are a little hard for us, but I’m pretty sure other people would be ok with them. I have trouble sleep somewhere else when is not my own bed. so it might be only me.
