You get almost everything you might need during the stay: towels, pyjamas, tooth brush, hair brush, face care, slippers. In the common powder room are also all possible things to use. Two types of shampoos, conditioner and body wash in shower. In the room there is also some kind of steam machine to clean skin but I didn’t have time to use it. Mirror, napkins and table lamp on table, big locker. Also comfortable bed. Common area is big enough, there were not many people anyway. You can also borrow an umbrella.

Two things. No water tank to fill bottle with drinking water. And shower is quite strange. You press the lever and the water goes about 5 seconds, then you need to press it again.

Capsules were spacious and comfortable. There's a USB charge point in them as well as a socket. TV screen with headphones (which you could use for your phone instead if desired). Each capsule has a blackout blind in place of the door so it's pretty dark inside even though corridor lights stay on at night. Note these therefore don't lock, but we had no issues and felt very safe. Lockers under the beds also big, we had 40L backpacks and day bags that both fit easily. The lockers do lock so valuables can be stored in here. Bathrooms were really nice with all shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided as well as hair spray, styling gel etc. Hairdryer, curlers and straighteners also available. A bag with pyjamas, towels (hand and bath), toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, razor and face mask also provided daily for each capsule. Microwave in the seating area available. Front desk staff were helpful providing recommendations and maps of the area.

A fridge as well as a microwave would have been nice.

The second night it was very warm, I sent a message through booking and - despite the hour - someone replied and they actually lowered the temperature, I really appreciated their responsiveness!

I spent two nights in two different capsule types, I thought that trying the one that has kind of a private room would have been better isolated... I was wrong!! Someome kept coffing the whole night, I could barely sleep :( You could hear everything everybody was doing... The second night I had better luck despite the regular capsule because we were few and people were not making noises. If you really need a good night of sleep, forget booking capsule hotels!

The location was a ten-minute walk from my work venue. I have stayed here around 10 times and it’s very comfortable for me by now. The beds are firm, but I prefer that. The temperature is comfortable for me. I had everything I needed including enough towels, a disposable razor, different lotions and soaps, and a hair dryer and curling and flat irons in the shared powder room area. Trash cans are accessible. Luggage locks are provided. It’s always clean, even the bathrooms and showers. I feel safe and comfortable here, and the price can’t be beat.

Capsule Hotel Cube Hiroshima exceeded my expectations in comparison my previous experience at another capsule hotel in a different prefecture. The capsule itself is spacious, and in the female lounge, the hotel provided numerous items (vanity kit) for hair care and skincare. A bonus in itself is the location, it is right in front of the tram station.

The entrance to the hotel is dimly lit and takes you towards an elevator. The elevator doors easily close on you for a short period of time, which I found to be a bit frustrating when carrying luggage.

It really is a great place to stay, and it's directly outside of a tram(streetcar stop) that can get you to basically anywhere (A dome/peace park/miyajima/and back to the train station). The bathrooms were cleaned very well, and it had plenty of room for many people in the mornings and 4 full shower rooms.

Now, I had a private capsule room, the door is just a sliding one with just a magnet, so although you have a large safe cupboard, you are a little exposed. (This really isn't a big deal, but some people might want a full locking door) Honestly, the WiFi kinda sucked, 70% of the time you just cannot connect even when it shows, and when you do connect you might be at 1 bar on your phone/laptop My matress was sunk in the middle, and after two nights it definitely played on my back, and left me a little sore.

I had a premium capsule and it was perfect! enough room for my bags and the ability to lock valuables in the cupboard. I slept like a log in the bed! The location was great, right at an electric rail stop, close to Hiroshima station. The coolest thing was the staff advice about going along to the big baseball game that night. Our host suggested it, checked ticket availability for us, and when she found there were no reserved seats left, she wrote us a note in Japanese for us to take to the stadium to inquire about getting unreserved seats. Worked perfectly and we had a wonderful time!

I struggled a little with the shower head working on a timed push button rather than being able to keep it on for as long as you need it. I guess it's about water control.

Each guest receives a bag full of amenities. The floor is very well organized with sections for capsules, lockers, toilets, showers, and the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and kept our bags for a whole day at the beginning and at the end of our stay. The location is right at the edge of the city center, in the direction of the main station.

We stayed here as a group looking for a fun capsule hotel experience, which it was, but there were other actually cheaper and much more comfortable and luxurious non-capsule alternatives available in that area.

Amazing practical amenities. I got the feeling the owner spent much effort on how to make a stay as convenient/smooth as possible (it says something similar on their website). Razor/Tooth brush/night wear/towers are all there. Soap/body wash was a nice posh kind. Security was fantastic. Shoe locker, normal locker, security cameras in the hallway and capsule hallway. Space to put luggage at the end of the capsule rooms, where it's pretty safe. They can store your luggage until your check-in time. Enough table space for laptop work. Staff were nice. A special thank you to Rie-san for helping me to book a ferry ticket. Capsule beds were spacious.

If I had to nitpick, the mattress was slightly thin.

Great location next to a tram station. Close to shopping places, food miles and sightseeing spots. All goods and sleeping gown provided. Super clean place. I didn't understand what people ment by "good water pressure" but yes it was good! And the functional spaces (shower, washing machine etc) were located seperately from the capsules, which allowes you to use them at any time, very handy. Breakfast (JP style) can be added for little money, very nice.

The capsule rooms are absolutely not soundproof, you hear even the phone next door vibrating. But that is the deal with capsules. The bed was a bit hard, but one gets used to it. Be aware, there are no windows.
