Vending machine was hard to operate. The first time used washing machine didn’t work. The front desk staff came to help me. However, he also didn’t familiarise how to use. After press various button, the machine started to work. After the specified time, the machine cannot open. After that I didn’t dare to use the machine again.

The semi-outdoor bath was very good. Bath salt was given to us for free. Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfy bed as well. Excellent location - walkable distance to Yakushima pier, and located very close to major shopping area. Only a few min walk to airport bus. Staff speak very good English and were very helpful.

The switch panel above the pillow was very annoying - the green lights were very bright and we had to cover them with a cloth so that we could fall asleep.

Among this area I found basically every hotel is so similar to the others. Here I like the special bath tube which is located outside in a terrace, I like this setting. Overall, everything is perfect for me. Also, the check out time is 11am when many others is 10am.

I’m looking forward to see the new 10th floor which in my stay it is under construction.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Kagoshima’s Tenmokan with plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. The hotel staff spoke an amazing English - which helps a lot - was always helpful when I needed tips or advices. The room was perfectly clean and silent, with brand new furniture. At the last floor there is a small balcony with a magnicent view over Sakurajima dake.

The bed had two backlit switches which light could not be disable during the night

Very goog location in Tenmonkan with lots of food and shopping options around the hotel. Small but comfortable room, especially loved the "pillow-bar" where you could choose an extra pillow to your liking! Good laundry options with several coin washers and dryers. Nice balcony with seating area.

The place is right in Tenmonkan area and extremely convenient to move around. Lots of places to eat and drink in the evening. The hotel is friendly staff and very helpful and clean.

If you don't put the clean your room they will never come in and replenish your drinks , tea, coffee etc. That was bit disappointing because I booked for 3 nights yet they didn't and I had to ask them for that.

Clean, a balcony, great location for accessing both the main downtown and the ferry, high quality provided toiletries, comfortable bed, very easy check in and check out, available laundry machines that aren’t expensive (and have a volcano view!), quiet, easy to find, etc.

Comfy business hotel with views of Sakurajima, in walking distance (10-15 minutes) to the ferry port.

Perfect for very short stays when not spending much time in the room. Room was equipped with all the ameneties one could need (including charging cables)
