Hotel Mystays Yokohama

The location was very convenient. It's close to the train station and the bus stop. There's a buffet breakfast. The staff were accommodating and approachable. There's a staff who speaks good English so there was no problem with communication. I was able to send my luggage in advance.

On the first day, the room was a little dusty and there was a spider web in the bathroom. You have to purchase a ticket to access movies which I didn't experience with other hotels here in Japan. It was not a major concern for me though because movie watching was not the highlight of my stay.

Hotel is in a very nice location. Train stain is close by and many restaurants around. there is river close by. if you get a room woth windows facing it. you get a good vieW of trains passing by. It is good foR families woth kids as kids love to see trains.

Cloth washing and microwave are in 2nd floor. So if you get a room in top floors it will be difficult to go down always to heat food or milk for kids .

The Hotel was very nice, clean and the location was also in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was near to many interesting places in Yokohama. The price was also reasonable.

The only problem was the car parking, although we sent them a message that we wanted a car parking, but when we arrived they told us that we must call them. Anyhow, there were cheap parking available nearby.

Room was comfortable... Queen room had TV, desk chair little coffee table. Not lots of room to move around but fine. Bathroom was good. staff were friendly, room cleaning service was meticulous. A/C and fridge in room (both needed as during a heatwave)

Booking.com label the price as the total price you pay for your trip but it is actually a price per night. Still a good price but misleading.

I love that the hotel is located a few walking distance to/from a train station. The staff members at the reception are very polite, efficient and helpful. We also enjoyed the yummy breakfast buffet with just enough choice of food and beverages.

The 3-bed room is tight for us to move about and does not have much space to rest 3 medium-sized luggages.

Close enough to train stations and convenient stores. Lovely staff. Comfy beds. Also, can walk to the nearest Donki store and Catholic church. Clean.

Not much english program option on TV. Dryer takes looong time to dry. Could have a light that can be dimmed.

The room was just a room but the staff, location, breakfast buffet, and 80’s hair metal (yes, Kiss was playing during breakfast. Hysterical) made this stay truly amazing. The location is great as well. There is an amazing little bakery across the street, a 7-11 a few minutes walk away. The neighborhood felt very safe.

There is nothing to complain about.

The room was small but efficient. The staff spoke enough English to communicate necessary information. My check in and check out was handled promptly and correctly. The location is excellent for public transportation.

The window in my room was bolted shut.

Lovely hotel for a last-minute booking. Lovely, clean, and spacious. Staff were welcoming and respecful. Hotel is so close to many amenities and the train station. Loved our stay. Thank you!

Good value for money, espaccialy in the weekend when prices in yokohama are high. We had two separated beds and they where big and comfi. Nearby public transport. Friendly staff.

The wifi is working, but slow. The draining of the shower didnt work well.
