Richmond Hotel Yokohama Bashamichi

The advantage of being placed away from the elevator is less pinging and people noise is minimal. Spacious room. Cafe-prepped breakfast from an A,B, or C menu was good. Liked how conveniently situated to many restaurants, port sites and JR & Metro stations it is. There was a cool room of washing machines and driers - maybe 8/10, kind-of kitchenette and a relax corner with comics and a couple of chairs with massage pads attached. Never seen this set-up before.

The staff are very helpful and the location is fantastic, several train stations nearby, several groceries, A pleasant stay overall, Special thanks to Matsuta she was so so helpful, She exceeded my expectations, I am really so thankful to her, The breakfast was splendid, Thank you so much as it was a great experience.

I suggest providing complementary water bottles, As it would be easier for the guests.

Staff was very helpful and room, although not spacious felt warm and cozy. Very clean with standard amenities available. Located not too far from Kannai JR station. Breakfast at the co-located cafe with a voucher.

The room could have of course been a big bigger but for 1 or 2 nights on a budget to explore Yokohama, it’s OK. So overall not much to fault it given the price and services offered.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location was great and is near good day activities and night activities. There are lots of shops and cages around the area as well. As a non-Japanese speaker, the staff were really helpful and all the information was also in English in the room. The hotel provides a lot of toiletries and the bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel provides slippers, hangers, a hair dryer, a fridge (which you can turn on and off), robe etc etc. The staff are really nice and I enjoyed it when they all said 'konbanwa' こんばんは when I arrived late at night.

The room is great, and a good size but I feel it could be refurbished slightly, there were signs of wear and tear, but nothing to do with cleanliness.

Great location and rate. Staff were super helpful. great connectivity by train and metro. The washer-dryer was a nice addition for slightly longer travels.

Breakfast options were limited, especially for an eggitarian like me. Nothing to complain expect for the food, at that too because I dont eat meat.

Super comfortable room, I didn't want to leave it! Walk out the front door... hard left, you're in a subway station! Hard right... you're in a small market! Glass of wine every evening in the lounge cuz... that's the way they roll

I love how kind, welcoming and accommodating their staffs were. There was a confusion with our luggage and the staff were very helpful in figuring out a way for us to take our luggage to the airport. Thank you!!

Near Kennai Station and shops. Lots of food outlets nearby. Quiet location, very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast selection was limited but was part of the package and value for money

The staffs are very nice. There is one person who can speak English very well. I have lost some of my stuff at the previous hotel and they have been very helpful to help getting my stuff back.

Would be nice to have japanese style breakfast buffet

The location was better than I expected. It was close to the Kannai station.

When I entered the room. I feel some odorants for which I thought it might a smoking room or somebody smoked before and tried to clean the odorant. But the second day, I didn’t feel it.
