Green Rich Hotel Kyoto Station South (Artificial hot spring Futamata Yunohana)

The room was big enough and very comfortable. The bed was big and the desk very useful. I was able to work very comfortable in my room.

I wish they had a make up mirrow, as the mirror in the bathroom had very little light, same as the one in the room. The public bath was a bit dirty. Maybe they do not clean it everyday, but they were many hairs on the shower area and inside the water. Well, I understand it is easy to get hairs everywhere if you do not clean daily. Not a big deal, but I wish they had clean it a bit more.

The hotel looks great and is very new. Rooms are big and with plenty of space for your luggages. Toilet is also very nice and big in size. You have access to a free Onsen onsite which is great!

Only thing I didn't like was a super annoying sounds coming from the nearby bus station, I don't know much about it but it was quite unpleasant, not sure why though since it is a highly residential area. Also there was a small light in the room that would not turn off at night and the staff was not able to help us with this, but it was not a major problem to fall asleep.

The room and facilities were very clean and the hotel was comfortable. Larger than typical single sized rooms. Next to the elevator they have robes and a selection of pillows of different hardness. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. It's close to Kujo station, and the nearby bus stops connect to many popular attractions. I enjoyed this stay quite a bit!

To be called a Kyoto station hotel, it's a little far (around 15 min walking), there's a bus stop right in front however. While the hotel is decently nice, the view is not exactly great and you can hear announcements from the nearby bus station in the mornings

Convenient access to the subway. Public bath was a nice alternative to showering in the room. Pillows of varying softness as well as small humidifiers available to use in your room. Clean hotel, not too far from Kyoto station yet in a very quiet area. Massage chair (in "premium" single room) was a nice bonus. Premium single room was pleasantly large for a business hotel.

Wifi was a little unreliable and repeatedly dropped out. Description of the location is slightly deceptive: It's a little far from Kyoto station, especially if you have luggage. Only one elevator available. Breakfast, while not bad, was not particularly special.

Great hotel about 10 minutes walk to JR station. It's on the south side of the Kyoto JR station. The room was bigger than what we expected and the bathroom design was the best we had seen so far on our Japan trip.

Breakfast was not included so had to go to JR station. Being on the south side of the station it's a little complicated to get to the central side entrance where all the main attractions of the station are located.

The location- it was under ten minutes to walk from Kyoto station. Bustop right outside the hotel, very handy. We enjoyed the public bath. Good coffee in the room, clean facilities. Loved the Japanese toilets with heated seats and bidets,

We needed two forms printed off and had no idea how to do it so asked the staff for some guidance and were told that it wasn’t something they could do.

This place is great value for money. We stayed in the older part of the hotel - the annex - and it was great. The rooms are not huge but they are well set out and have all of the amenities of luxury hotel where you would pay 3 times as much. The public bath is great, breakfast ok (not exceptional) - but again reasonably priced. Good access to railway station and subway. A few good local restaurants nearby.

Only a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station! Very nice and new, and with the option of room cleaning, only new towels or nothing. Amenities were available plenty at the front desk. Very nice and comfy bed pillows and a big blanket! Near Toji temple.

Although we stayed in the new building, it was not very soundproof. You could often hear other visitors, especially when they were using the toilet or bidet.

I enjoyed having an onsen. I liked being able to leave my key at the front desk when I was out. The staff was very kind. It is relatively close to the Kyoto station so you can walk there in about 10 min or less.

I was a bit confused at the beginning how to get a gown for the onsen, they where next to the elevator at my room's floor. I might have missed it, or they forgot to mention this during the check in. Eventually I found them

Very clean, spacious twin room with double beds, comfortable bed, nice large communal onsen bath, amenities which we could choose on our own (tea, coffee, toothbrushes, etc). Central location, affordable parking next door (¥2000 all night). Parking is VERY expensive in Kyoto, so this is one reason we chose this particular hotel.

Wi-fi connection. We bring a fire stick to watch CNN in our room and the wi-fi was so slow that it kept on stalling.
