Ki Niseko

An extremely well maintained ski resort, with an awesomw view of Mount Yotei. Situated right below the foot of Mt Annapuri, and next to the Hirafu Lift with her own ski-in and ski-out valet on Level 2. My son and I stayed in their one-bedroom suite and their in-room amenities were great. Their resort was staffed with an internationalised team who can cater to multiple language needs, and they are all very warm and attentive. Their response to my queries over messaging prior to my arrival was extremely helpful and prompt to arrange the ski lesson and snowmobiling experience. I am grateful. The breakfast spread is generous with seafood, served in a fusion Jap restaurant. Although their display of the breakfast can be further thought through, the flow and the positioning aren't optimal. The narrow lane also seemed to be crowded with watching service crew. Overall, I love the room ... It was perfect.

Excellent location: 1-2min walk in ski boots to the Grand Hirafu Gondola or Mountain Center Annex rental center. ~10min walk to places like Tonzanken ramen or Musu bar in the village. Super friendly and helpful staff. Convenient ski vallet service, excellent onsens, and very good restaurant (breakfast included; dinner expensive, but you get your money's worth). Also, could get breakfast to go in a box! The room was beautiful, cozy, and practical. Sapporo vending machine on the 5th floor was an amazing, unexpected added bonus!

Worth noting we were there on a long weekend, but that said, the only downside to the excellent restaurant was that it was very busy. Breakfast was most practical to-go since even arriving for open it would be a ~30min wait for a table, and dinner seemed unlikely without a reservation.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful onsen and amazing proximity to Gran Hirafu right outside the ski valet. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Staff was excellent - very friendly and always helpful. Our entire stay was extremely relaxing and peaceful.

I booked hotel taxi from airport but my flight was canceled and I had to pay the taxi anyway. the hotel is not connected to the night slopes

Everything! Front desk personnels are all very friendly and customer oriented. They are very warmth in welcoming us and attended to us kindly. The lady front desk from Malaysia was very kind to us and we appreciate all their assistance during our stay.

Start the day with a dip in the cold plunge + onsen, then grab some breakfast and head straight to the mountain 20m away. After a day on the mountain you can easily take the shuttle anywhere in town.

pretty good all round. I like the cold water pool in the Onsen area, which really helpful for recovery.

unluckily we are next to a very noisy neighbor, who are really lack of parenting, letting their kid pretty much scramming all night until 12am. which is a bit unfortunately for us.

The staff and apartment are wonderful. Great view, great room layout exceptional kitchen & cooking tools, in room washing machine and lots of space.

Not much to do for summer culture, very sleepy area, few to no signage of hikes, outdoor summer time activities.

We love Ki Niseko apartment hotel. We are family of 3 with one teenager. One bedroom (with glass window which is perfect) and extra bed in the living room. Very spacious place with everything in it. Kitchen to cook, dish washer, laundry. Onsen (indoor and outdoor) and private onsen (free). Big glass window in living room with view of Mt.Yotei. Love it! Japanese breakfast is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They always offer helps and are friendly. They speaks English well. Location is great, and walking distance to gondola grand hirafu. It’s near to many restaurants. Paid Parking for covered parking and is close to the hotel entrance. We love it here! We went in early March 2021, during covid pandemic, so I think the price of our stay is lots cheaper than normal price. Overall we had great vacation/ holiday staying in this hotel. You would agree!

Onsen is a bit dark. I think it needs warmer/ brighter paint for the wall. But the water is good temperature. Dining room is not cozy. Especially for fine dining at An dining. Either warmer paint for the wall or lighting and the arrangement and the type of seats need to be revised. But the food and service was great though

Convenient location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. There is a ski valet service where they dry and store your gear for you after a long day at the slopes. The mini kitchen is well equipped so you can fix yourself a great meal. There is a washer and dryer in the room. There’s also good sized bath tub. Breakfast selection is good and you can take them up to your room if you like. Private onsen can be reserved. The public onsen is clean and nice as well.
