Staff - staffs are friendly and helpful Location - it's close to Sapporo station which gives you flexibility. Value - it meets the standard of the value we pay I think it's worth the money. Room - the hotel provides you with 2 pillows which is really helpful if you are a hard-to-sleep guy. Also the bed is comfy. Size of the room - comparing the value we pay, the room is bigger than other hotel

Nothing particularly. The hotel just met the standard of the value we pay. Due to our unusual time visiting the place, the staff weren't there that we can see but they provided the ring bell at the counter so you can summon them.

Location was very good. Amenties like DHC facial cleansers etc were made available at the lobby.

We had 2 rooms. The Superior Twin was comfortable for 2. BUT The Family Room was too squeezed!!! Compared to the big wardrobe in the Twin room, the Family room had one that is one-third the size - means barely could hang 5 hangers! Our young adults couldn't hang their used towels, jackets etc. So everything had to be thrown on the 1 chair in the room. There was also limited table space. It was an uncomfortable 3 night stay for our young adults. Also, the aircon gets kinda "switched-off". We were wondering how come it wasn't cold. After calling the front desk, was told they control the temperature. They turned it on within minutes and all was good.

Room was very small.

The location and the breakfast are really nice. The space of Superior Twin Room is bigger than we expected and comfortable. The hotel provides toothbrushes in rooms, and guests can take other free toiletries from lobby if necessary.

We received scam msg from the hotel's official account via Booking.com before travelling Japan which made us confused and panic. Though there was no major loss, we hope the property can emphasize their internal information security system to avoid such issue in the future.

Location - About 5 minute walk from the North Exit of the JR Sapporo Station. Near Daimaru Shopping Mall and a number of casual restaurants/convenience stores (Seico Mart and Lawson). Room - Clean and small but bigger than most business hotel rooms that I have stayed in. Staff - Some of the staff do not speak english but is happy to help if you use google translate. Cost - Reasonable

I wished they offered an option for early check-in (with or without cost) as well as as an area/restaurant guide because we didn't see the casual restaurants until the end of our stay (2 buildings down)

We took the 4 bedroom, for 2 adult & 1 children, for us the room is quite big, New Experience living under the railway, The Bed nice, the heater also nice, the Staff are the Best. The Location near many train station either JR or Subway. Lots of restoran & shopping area, especially toys, anime, & electronics.

inside the room there is this fake plant, its dusty, need to clean, other than that everything is great for me & my family.

Well liked everything. Staffs were all accommodating and helpful with all our query navigating Sapporo. Breakfast was good. Location was great. Its just accross Lawson where we buy all we need after a long and tiring tour. Few meters away from the JR station and a big mall.

Not that i dont like, room is just a bit small( well, its normal in Japan) i wish there will be a luggage compartment.

Perfect location very close to Sapporo Station. We stayed here a couple times already when we need to travel by train in the early morning. It is also in the city center so it's close to everything else as well. Apart from the convenience, the room is clean and comfortable.

Nothing that we did not like. There are just not a lot of facilities, so if you expect more facilities than the basic needs, this may not be for you.

This is a nice hotel that is close enough to the main station in Sapporo. The room was very functional despite not being that big in size. The room was clean, with good amenities and stable wifi. Hotel staff spoke English, Chinese and Japanese and I’m pretty sure I also heard Korean.

The elevators can be a little on the slow side. If that’s the only thing I didn’t like, I say that’s pretty good overall.
