Hotel Nets Sapporo

the location is great and feel safe walking back to the hotel because there are always people around. the staff are friendly . the toilet and separate shower room is my favourite because seldom do you find bidet separate from shower room in japan. the sink is located outside the bidet which I find it hygienic especially when I want to wash fruits and it is not near the bidet

the sink - it’s too Low and small

Strategic location just a few minutes walk to Susukino Station. We went for the Snow Festival and the Ice Sculpture Site was really nearby! Typical of Japan, staff are really polite and courteous and made us feel welcomed. It's a modern business hotel with the usual fittings and services and we were happy to get everything we expected. Definitely will consider for future trips to Sapporo.

Nothing much, the bed was a bit small for a double but we anticipated it.

Around 10 minutes from Susukino Station. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast (eat as much as you want) was good and changes a little bit every day.

Changing the tooth brush every day is a big waste; separating the paste from the tooth brush and putting them where the razors/cotton swabs are so people can take when needed will make less waste.

It was a decent, clean hotel, within walking distance from downtown Sapporo where there were heaps of restaurants, bars and shops which was great.

We stayed here during the Sapporo snow festival so it was more expensive than better value hotels around Japan which was understandable.

the staff and shower room separated from the bidet is the top plus

the sink is too small n Low but it’s good that it’s located away from the bidet and make it more hygienic- this point make me overlook the smallest of the sink and I glad to return

easy to access

My room is non-smoking area. But I could smell cigarette one night through bathroom, perhaps someone in anothor room seems like breaking rules. Except that, everything is okay.

The building is very clean and new. The room is slightly bigger than the usual. I could open up my luggage fully. I like how the bathroom, sink and toilet are separated, it gives a more spacious feeling.

The pillow was Way too small and thin.

Very courteous and helpful staff, especially the two gentlemen at the reception when we checked in -- they were both very helpful and professional. The room was spotlessly clean and my wife and I enjoyed our short stay. The location was excellent. We would certainly stay here again.

Really helpful staff in this nice hotel who helped make our planning easier - Very grateful for their help. Hotel itself is nice, in a really good location within the city, with plenty nearby. Rooms were clean and tidy
