Airport bus stop around the corner, connection to underground mall and train station in basement. 'Just right' sized modern room, outstanding breakfast, nice bar. We'll be back without doubt.

My request for a veg breakfast through booking.com did not get understood. Despite this they were happy to make me a custom breakfast! Please contact them ahead of your stay

1) Location is good. The link to the underground passageway ‘chikaho’ is very convenient. 2) Staff are friendly & helpful. 3) The welcome desserts palette using the coins provided is a good gesture. We found out we could choose to have drinks or tea instead of the desserts which i thought was a great gesture.

1) The standard twin room is pretty small, not sufficient space to fully open up 2 big luggages. 2) Pillows are much smaller than expected, not comfortable to sleep on. My first encounter with such small pillows in hotels which i had stayed. 4)The bathroom shower tap is quite difficult to control the water temperature. 5) Wished there were more wall mounted hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes because the hanging racks were already occupied by the towels, leaving little space for hanging clothes. 6) The welcome desserts were too sweet.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was good, you can either choose the Japanese or the continental one (both are tasty). For each night, each person receives some coins that can be used during the "Knot hour" for drinks or food, it was indeed a great addition to our stay there. The staff was polite and helpful. Very good location, in an animated area.

We stayed there 4 nights with breakfast included, the Japanese and the continental dishes for the breakfast were good but remained the same during our stay. It would be great to have a different one every two days for example.

Great location with a very nice street view from the room. Looking at the floor plan, we believe this room type is the largest & has the best view of the entire floor. Hotel is in the city center, within walking distance to major places of interest with plenty of eating & shopping options literally just minutes away. Mega Don Quijote is just across the street, the Yoshinoya opposite opens 24hrs. If taking the airport shuttle bus, the Susukino bus stop is just 5 min walk from the hotel. The bed is really large, spacious for 2 adults & our 9-year old son. In fact, their bed is the largest we got vs. other hotels in our 2 week trip (we always choose for the largest bed available). Lobby staff are young, trendy & friendly people. The girl with the Purple hair in particular, was really helpful & she helped us settle luggage transfer to our next hotel in Osaka. The only regret we had is that we didn't have enough time to spend the tokens they gave to exchange with drinks/ tidbits from the bar as there's just too many places around the hotel to explore.

Going to Sapporo? I strongly reco The Knot Sapporo hotel. Perfect location, steps away to the Mega Don Quijote and all the shopping and dining your heart desires, elevator basement floor is connected to the below-ground long shopping arcade, subway station just a few blinks away, exciting nightscape within reach, and best of all, the price is reasonable considering the location, room size, service, and the included breakfast set and evening happy-hour coins that could even cover for a sweet dinner for two... We could not ask for more at USD209 total for 2 nights for two. Sulit!

Location is absolutely perfect. Right in the middle of Sapporo, close to transport, shops and food. Knot coins provided us with free dessert and drinks for a couple nights of our stay. Staff were also super helpful when our flight was cancelled and we needed to book for another night.

The housekeeping staff only replace towels everyday. At checkin it was advised that bed linens will not be replaced at all during our stay. Also the elevators are slow and you can find yourself waiting a while for them.

It's a new hotel, so the room was fresh and clean. The room is small, but has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable.

They have an absurd coin payment system for the lobby/common area. The bar/lounge area next to reception is quite nice, but if you want to sit there, they demand payment, even if you are a hotel guest. They provide some "coins" when you check in, which can be used as payment, but the whole thing is just stupid. If you want to sit in the lobby and ready your book, you need to pay and need to order something.

Good location, at the spot of Susukino Station. Hotel is linked to underground mall. We love their set meal breakfast. Didn't expect set meal to be that good. U need to try it to know it. We love their token credits too. We used them for afternoon tea and they serve good amount of yummy cakes. Good selection of teas too. We even used our leftover credits to take away the cakes to have it in our room for later which we were surprised they allowed that. Thank you for that. The hotel is also walking distance to airport shuttle bus station. Thank God for that we didn't have to drag our luggage to the subway and drag them again to JR Station.

The location is perfect. Very close to AirPort bus stop and centrally located. The breakfast is also delicious. Hotel is also connected to underground passages/stores.

The rooms are too small for 2 people. But the location makes up for it. Cleaner did not thoroughly clean our rooms in the last 3 days of our stay. I was looking forward to having breakfast on our last day only to be told I should gave made a reservation when there were no prior notice on need for reservation.
