Beautiful place and excellent location. The rooms were excellent and well-equipped. The receptionists were really friendly, and the breakfast spread was particularly excellent. I like how well-kept the property was and how close it was to big attractions. I will definitely return to Ramada again. The massage service was exceptional. I highly suggest Mr. Tahsin for his exceptional services. The atmosphere and cost were also really remarkable. I highly recommend.

Except for the lack of jet spray in the restrooms.

rooms are big and clean, AC is a bit loud, but ok. breakfasts are pretty good as well as room service. staff is friendly.

location is a bit tricky - there is a long driveway to the hotel through the closed territory and not all taxi drivers are aware of this. so some are waiting for you near the road and it is not convenient to go there with all the luggage. there are no bellboys, so no-one will be able to help you with the stuff. (we had lots of printing materials for our events and managed to take them to the rooms by ourselves 🤷‍♀️)

The hotel is very clean, organized, has an ATM machine, has an excellent restaurant with delicious food items. It’s staff are very friendly and work hard to understand the needs of the guests with a smile and good English skills. They even upgraded my room in the night as my original room had a Lock problem. The maintenance team is professional and responds quickly.

The isolation materials between rooms need to be strengthened as I heard clear sounds of a couple in the room beside me (704) while they having sex for 2 nights ( lucky 😀)

Room is big and good enough for families with children's. It was spacious and the sofa bed itself we can use as a queen bed

Breakfast menu should be changed. Same three days we felt almost same type of food. Anyhow not bad.

The reception was too helpful and friendly, to always answer our inquiry and helped us a lot in translating. Breakfast quality and vibes was great!

Room service and staff wasn’t getting what we want in english, so we to call the reception team to translate to them.

On the other hand the other guy was really helpful, kind, result oriented and definitely knows what hospitality is. Also the security and breakfast staff, they are very very patient and helpful. Housekeeping in this hotel is one of the best in Almaty. Breakfast os amazing. Internet is good location is very good.

There are two gentlemen in the reception, can not remember their names but one of them is skinny(i will think he is new cos i habe never seen him in my recent stays in Ramada) the other is normal build, avoid the skinny one all he does is saying he is sorry he can not with a fake smile on his face. I don't know may be he has got personal problems in daily life and this getting rid of the customer fast attitude is a reflection so i don't want to be so hard on him. We all have some bad days.

the staff are amazing, and location is perfect In addition the size of the room is more than any expectiation. the air-condition work perfectly as your demand.

the swimming pool is not big enough comparing to the size of the hotel, also its water is not that clean and you feel there is need for ventilation.

It was clean. Room was very big. Staff very helpfull and kind.

Breakfast was insufficient. We couldnt find any restaurants and bars/pubs near by. We had to took a yandex taxi everytime but it was very cheap. No balcony and no place to smoke :(

Rooms should be renovated and should have sound proof in place. You hear noises from other rooms, music and talks.
