Renion Hills Hotel

Exceptional service. This was our third stay at Renion Hills and we pretty much knew that everything was going to be good. Rooms, sheets and towels are clean, water and hygiene kits are provided, TV works with HDMI, Wi-Fi connection is slowish but stable. Great gesture in the form of tangerines and chocolate bar as a compliment for the New Year!

However in our previous stays there were issues with doors. For example one didn't lock properly and the other wasn't opening at first. Either way, we didn't face it this time so good job on fixing it. Also the "soundproofness" is kinda bad in some rooms.

I really enjoyed staying in Renion Hills Hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. It was different combination of food every day, everything tasted very well. Bakery was delicious. Time to time we ate in the restaurant and the food was so good. It really feels like homemade food. Waitresses were so attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks Renion Hills Hotel for good experience!

Only one thing I didn't like that I was not able to use wifi in my room as it was poor connection. So I needed to go to the restaurant to work.

Good non-network hotel. Not crowdy. Big room that was very warm in wintertime. The staff is friendly and ready to help in every situation. The sauna was exciting but too hot (120+), steam was rather strange. But I really like the sauna hall, it helps to feel relaxed. Pelmeni on dinner were tasty.

Breakfast could be better in many ways, but coffee is ok. It's the only elevator (it seems that it has nothing to do with it).

Room very spacious and comfortable for family of 2 adult 3 young kids. Reception very good. English speaking. Very attentive. Minimarket, Qaganat canteen, money exchange were near.

Location a bit outside center. But can reach by Yandex taxi very cheap. Breakfast buffet was ok a lot of protein but for asian people less rice.

The highest level of service. All stuff trying do their best, same as in 5 star hotel. Quite big rooms, everything new and useful, all works good. Nice breakfast, they changing the menu once in a couple days. For me it’s one of the best hotels that I stayed in during travel jn Almaty.

The location and the staff are very supportive. Emmanuel and Lucky were helpful and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

There was miscommunication of payment due to which we had to pay extra. But we are ok with overall experience

That was a perfect place to stay in early January this year regarding the fact that it was so unstable situation in Almaty those days. Hotel staff did their best to provide food in the local restaurant despite the inability to get groceries. I'd like to mention that security was on their duty 24/7 taking care of guests in really hard times. Thank you very much!

Decent place. Very good front desk service! I would love to stay there again.

...other guests (a few drunk but happy women) were very loud at night:))). Its no fault of hotel but it would be better if hotel kept this matter in check.

Overall good experience. Location is perfect, there are offices and many restaraunts around. Also, location has access to main highway which access airport, downtown and goes around city.

Noise from other rooms, soundproof is now perfect

The room was clean, the view of the mountains from the terrace was delightful. The hotel is within walking distance of the Terrancure a lovely walkway on a water canal.

The room was small and although I requested a mountain view, they assigned me a room with barely a view of the city.
