The hotel is beautiful, with a very intimate feel, with a lovely outdoor path from reception to the guest rooms built into the side of the cliff and gorgeous bougainvillea and other plants lining and hanging over the path down to the beach/pool and restaurant. The rooms are spacious suites and the staff are all friendly and attentive without being overwhelming. We had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food and service were exceptional. We enjoyed drinks on the beach with a lovely view of the water.

Our room was near the top of the complex, so we were disappointed to not be able to hear the ocean from our room, but instead had quite a bit of road noise all night from the highway. I'm sure that rooms further down the cliffside do not experience that road noise and if we return, we will request a room further down (which also means fewer steps to get to the beach!).

We really enjoyed this little boutique hotel. It was very quiet and private with a beautiful beach pool and beach location. The staff was exceptional! Every one was very friendly, attentive and helpful. We had superb service throughout our weekend - front desk, valet, restaurant, pool side, housekeeping, etc. My husband and I noticed the high level of service all during our stay - particularily appreciated Cesarei and Victor in the restaurant and Paola and Saul at reception. We loved the open air restaurant, overlooking the pool and beach.

The WiFi could have been better. We had a difficult time keeping a connection for our video Covid tests needed to return to US. We got it done but it took a much longer time than it should have due to poor Wifi in our room.

We loved our breakfasts and dinners on the patio overlooking the ocean. Antonio and Sergio were very kind and attentive waiters. The concierge staff were the best! Assisting us with every question we had, as well as arranging transportation and reservations. A beautiful boutique hotel in a lovely location, with kind and supportive staff!

Beautiful property! The pool is amazing, and the restaurant is five star! The staff was responsive and accommodating.

Had a known there would be construction in the morning right outside my room, I might have opted to stay somewhere else. It was loud enough that it was impossible to sleep in, even with noise canceling headphones.

the property is so beautiful - Gorgeous tile mixed with bright flowers. It is deceiving from the check in area. Our garden suite was perfect for my mother & I.

There is a building going up next door. However, it really wasn’t an issue once inside the property and we couldn’t hear any building from inside our suite.

great central location and pretty part of the coast. Antonio the waiter was exceptional. Bellmen were super friendly and helpful liked having access to the Grand Velas hotel next door housekeeping were very flexible considering our working hours

the restaurant only offered one wine - very disappointing and a reason to go out and use other restaurants as opposed to staying at the hotel breakfast pastry basket was not impressive at all bellmen wearing a dirty uniform one day

5 star service throughout the hotel. The restaurant far exceeded our expectations-such flavorful combinations and the price was so reasonable. The room was spotless and the bedding/pillows were some of the best ever.

While we didn't mind the stairs, this may be a surprise to people.

Everything.. this is a Small and Beautiful boutique hotel with stunning views.. very relaxing and quiet, the service was excellent, everyone is super helpful.. gorgeous views.. the restaurant is located in front of the sea with an amazing menue. If you want something romantic and beautiful choose this hotel. You can also go to the restaurant next door at their sister hotel Grand Vallas and enjoy the most amazing service and food with 20%

The room was amazing, as well as the view from our room. The food and services were superb! the staff was really friendly and helped me plan my wedding proposal. I’d say that staying here was a once in a lifetime experience but I’ll definitely come back.

It’s a little bit difficult to reach the beach, lots of stairs.

Practically had the hotel to myself. The rooms are great and I love the Mediterranean feel of the architecture. Open-air restaurant was wonderful as well. Food, all in all, was fantastic though I found the food on the cheaper snack/pool menu better tasting than some of the other things I got for dinner, like the steak. That said the grilled octopus was out of this world. The staff was extremely wonderful, wifi was strong. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Not an issue for me but tons of steps for those who are mobility limited.
