Hyatt Place Los Cabos

It was clean small and to the point it was perfect for my daughter, my mom, my husband and I. The room cleaners always left the room so perfect and clean (even though you think you leave it clean) they make it better! It’s a 7 minute walk to the beach (even tho u can’t swim at that beach) still to take a stroll or lay in the sand it was perfect. Super close to supermarkets and a little plaza that had El comer.

Most times there was no towels at the pool but as soon as you asked for them they would bring some out. I feel they were under staffed during busy times and fully staffed during non busy times lol.

This was for my parents, and my mom is the pickiest person ever, and she loved her stay. The room had a great view, Booking upgraded it and the room was spacious and clean. My mom keeps raving about their hospitality and how kind everyone was. The breakfast was exceptional and there was parking for the rental car. They have COVID test-taking in the hotels 2 days a week, and if you miss it, the clinic is about a 6 min walk from the hotel. Behind the hotel, in the Comer Supermarket, they have great options for a cheap meal. The location was great, and my parents are thinkng of returning to this hotel in the future.

clean, good standard . not as loud as the resort hotels on the beach front: professional and calm if a bit uninspiring! breakfast and lunch menu food is good quality . good access via taxi to Cabo restaurants : good for work and as a base to explore from

Good location. An easy Uber ride into downtown. Easy walk down to the beach. We had a late lunch there and the food was excellent. Server was particularly helpful even though we came in very late and the restaurant was empty. We really appreciated getting some terrific food before we left for the airport.

we didn't have any kleenex in our room - the box was empty. That's about it. All was great.

The facility was well maintained and the staff were great. They were very accommodating and professional. Alan, the general manager and Diego the concierge were awesome. Also, the housekeeping staff was fantastic!

I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the cook was great. However, the warmers should be replaced on the buffet because they did not keep the oatmeal or hotcakes warm at all.

We booked a room with a king bed and one sofa through booking.com and when we arrived to your hotel the reservation was wrong (No notice for the sofa at the reception). Finally the staff provide us a room with king bed and a sofa but nobody prepared the sofa as bed for us. We had the same problem with your hotels in NY

The hotel was central to both the town and shopping and the beach. The staff were amazing and helpful, everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff who helped us with language. She was so sweet. The pool was warm and even warmer by the end of the day. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh refried beans, very good coffee, selection of fruit, cereal, toast. Can’t say enough good things about the breakfast.

Convenient location, good for a short stay and very clean. Breakfast was a good Mexican breakfast, so many people might be unimpressed.

Price for the location off the beach without much in the area was okay, but not a great value.

The staff was phenomenal. And the included breakfast was very generous and fresh each day. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

The pool was a little disappointing. It is small and simple. There were no umbrellas on the deck. Other seating areas were nice.

Everyone at Hyatt place was professional, welcoming and we all-around, we had an excellent stay. Thank you, Hyatt Place Los Cabos, for your hospitality! I'll definitely consider staying here, again, for any future trips to Cabo.

Hotel is a little dated, but clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, so no complaints!
