they greet you with drinks make you feel like you are home and are super nice every where you go on property I didn’t get any sales harassment at all until I was in Cabo San Lucas on the beaches 20 mins away my room was consistently cleaned with fresh towels and robes to even folding my clothing it was quiet and peaceful full on zen the staff was funny and not robots they literally go above and beyond to make you feel your stay is worth the money I will def be back and the security measures they go through to keep you safe and secure while you’re there omg I had so much anxiety until I got there and it went out the window when I got there

the Mexican buffet night seemed very Americanized I was looking for spice and flavor didn’t get much if that but of course the manager came and said the major words “let me make this right or you don’t pay” I couldn’t believe this much customer service still existed ps the breakfast buffet was amazing not sure why people said the food isn’t good here it was awesome

The staff was so professional, polite, attentive and kind. The property was STUNNING. The ocean was warm with absolutley breathtaking views. All the food was tasty and beautifully presented. It was an amazing experience all around.

I wouldn't recommend this resort for kids. Just felt more adult... which isn't a bad a thing. They do have a kids club and an area for kids, but probably for smaller aged children vesus kids over the age of 6

This is the best resort ever!!! Amazing service, amazing food quality, the views are breathtaking! Infinity pool looking at the ocean is beautiful 5 star! Plus the only beach to swim in the Island of Cabo.

The resort was beautiful and the amenities were awesome. The food was also very good. The rooms were well appointed and very well kept. The staff was amazing and very attentive! The property is in an excellent location and is absolutely gorgeous! My family and I loved our visit, it was a great way to end the summer and celebrate my milestone birthday! Thank you, Hilton!

More food options at reasonable costs would be ideal. The cost was also expensive when compared to other similar resorts. It would have been great to have activities without costs associated with them- all activities onsite had a cost associated with it. We also wanted the rooms next to each other but that wasn't available, despite requesting it early on.

Service was exceptional everywhere- at the restaurants, on the beach, etc. Everyone was so friendly! The rooms were spacious. We stayed all day at the beach and they came around quite often to serve us. The restaurants were a bit on the expensive side. We had a glorious dinner at Vela though- filet was worth it. The one restaurant open daily, Sotol, was more casual. We ate dinner at the hotel for 3 nights. Other nights we ventured off to restaurants in Cabo San Lucus and Cabo San Jose. Easy to get there via Uber or cab. They have chaise lounges with umbrellas all over the beach and pool for free. You can rent bigger cabanas.

They only had complementary coffee until 8:30 AM. The rooms do not have coffee pots :( There was a deli with Starbucks coffee and beer as well- reasonably priced, less than the restaurants. Food and drinks bought here were not allowed at the pool and beach though.

Everything was great. Breakfast in the morning, lay by the pool, have lunch, lay by the pool and 3 different restaurants to choose from for dinner. Ventured out of the resort with a rental car, booked on the property. 3 days of rental car and we visited San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.

To not have the 'sell me a time-share' experience. There are a lot of stairs. Fine now...but as I age, it might not be.

Everything was great from the beginning to end. Thanks to Orlando Perez the chef at Vela Restaurant. He made a special paella for my husband and I and it was just perfect. Also, a big thank you to all the waitresses who took care of us in such a nice and friendly way. We stayed at the private pool room and that view was spectacular- can’t wait to go back. We just loved everything at Hilton.

The beach area was stunning and felt like a private little paradise. Whether playing in the water or watching the waves crash in from the pool or restaurant terrace, the beach was view was stunning! Larissa with Concierge Services handled everything from airport transportation to excursions to the little special details making our trip extra memorable. I cannot speak more highly of her and her apparent true excitement to see us in person and relish in our experience. She’s the best!! Diego, Jose and George by the pool were also outstanding and remembered us each day making us feel so welcome and valued.

Slightly dated facilities, not a lot of light in the rooms, older, musky smell in the room

Location is amazing, nice restaurants and facilities

Concierge service is poor - always a queue, no tea or coffee in the room, shampoo / shower gel/ etc not nice

I rarely choose American-branded hotels when I travel internationally but I chose this Hilton because it's one of only a handful of hotels in this region with a safely- swimmable beach( but do note: the undercurrent is very strong and the drop-off is immediate and deep,so it's not a beach for children or inexperienced swimmers.) The hotel is very well run.Staff was consistently cheerful and professional-all 7 days of my stay.The hotel sits on a bluff so it commands an inspiring view over the sea,especially from the infinity pools. The restaurants appear to have their own pastry chef,because warm ,home-made grain breads were available at each meal.Breakfast had many healthy choices. The pasta was home-made .The desserts were home made.In fact just about all meals were "hecho en casa". There was nothing shabby about this hotel.It really sparkles as a luxury hotel .Gym had all the basics. Taxis were easy to get. The management of this hotel deserves kudos for a job well done.

It's a minor point,but I would like to have slept with the sliding door open ,but could not do so because the balconies appear to have very bright lights that are centrally controlled.
