Good views, nice pool and friendly owner.

Can be very noisy, especially on weekends. The arroyo at the bottom of the hill and underneath the road is a party spot. The hotel is also difficult to drive in and out of because of the busy road and limited options to turn around.

An incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind staff. The stunning view from every room. The hotel and rooms are sparkling clean. It's extremely quiet and tranquil. The hotel is small so you will know all the other guests by day two of your stay. It's a bit of a trek to the beach, especially up the hill on the way back. There are no nearby restaurants. However, Uber is readily available and inexpensive. We will definitely stay here again.

The bed was really uncomfortable in our room. It was old and sagging with springs popping and pinging every time you moved. The sheets were really old, thin, and wouldn't stay on the mattress. Hopefully, they will get a new matress and some new linens soon. All though there are balconies on each room, you can't sit out on them. They are just for standing.

The room was the largest we've stayed in, the bed was comfortable, and the private deck (as well as the public one) was comfortable, with such a beautiful view to watch the sunrise. The people who worked there were all very kind, and there was fresh coffee in the morning. Check in was easy, and did I mention the view?

The location was nice in that it was only less than a ten minute walk to a beach, but about two of those ten minutes is literally ON the highway, which was terrifying as we did the walk with children at dusk and there was no sidewalk for about half of that. As an adult during the day I don't think that would have mattered, but it is important to note if you are traveling with kids or others who might not be able to speed through the highway zone.

The facility only has thirteen suites and it's located on a hill. There are stairs but it has an elevator to carry groceries, luggage, etc. (Not people). The owner Maria and the staff Matey are friendly and very accommodating. There's an outdoor community kitchen with all the supplies needed for long term stay. Most residents are staying 2-3 months, so book early. It's close to town to catch an Uber. The view from the deck is spectacular. I highly recommend staying here. The only downside is San Jose Los Cabos has become quite expensive for meals and transportation from the airport. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Excellent for the cost.

The stairs were a problem.

It was nice and quiet and the people who were staying there were very nice. Staff was excellent, especially Mayte. Loved the pool area and could sit in the shade. It was clean and well managed. Breakfast was great.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. It sagged in the middle. I felt like it needed to be updated. The other side was fine, but the side (two twins together) was "well used". Not comfortable at all. The bathroom often had a "sewer" smell and we had to keep the fan on. The shower didn't drain properly.

Great breakfast of fresh fruit, cereal, milk, croissants. Coffee delicious. Bus into town was 13 pesos. View from the hotel patio was breath taking.

A busy highway separated the hotel from the beach. However there was a walkway under the highway 5 minutes walk away at the bottom of the hill to the resort. I was unable to get an UBER driver to pick us up at the hotel. They wanted us to pick us up on the highway and I cancelled UBER for ride to the bus depot as they wanted us on the other side of the highway. That would entail dragging our luggage under the highway, through sand and up to the other side.

Although the hotel is not located on the beach, compared to the other hotels of the same category in San Jose, this one is the best. The view does it all, because without that view the hotel could be just one more in that category. It is a good option for resting, as it is very quiet.

Perhaps only that, in the deck area overlooking the sea, there are two areas with structures that need a tarp, a fabric on the roof, because, although the seats in those zones invite you to sit and enjoy the view, the embracing sun persuades you not to do so, so those areas seem a waste if they do not have a fabric roof to protect you from the sun.

We had a gorgeous view. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we asked about! Super easy to use UBER and arrange for hotel pick up for Cabo San Lucas tours. Light breakfast of pan dulce and croissants and fruits was perfect for us.

The hotel is very nice, beautiful views, but it is a steep hike uphill if you decide to walk down to the beach. If you aren't in great shape, this steep uphill hike (in the heat especially) is quite difficult. Everything about the hotel and room, itself are amazing! (maybe about half mile walk to the beach and little store at the bottom of the hill, but hard uphill for out of shape/bad knees).

The atmosphere. I loved the outside balcony and outside furniture, decor, view, landscaping, felt taken care of by the staff. The room was very clean. The kitchenette and dishes were helpful. The communal area was nice and the fellow travelers and staff were friendly

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The buzzer on the gate was a bit annoying from our room. Loud neighbors playing music across the street one night at 2am for awhile.

My room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The room has a lovely set up. The shared spaces are comfortable and have spectacular views. The breakfast that is served is amazing. There were an assortment of fresh fruits that tasted wonderful . Great coffee and the chef that cooked the egg dishes and other offerings was very good.
