Hotel Maya Tulipanes Palenque

The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel offers free secured parking. The architecture of the building is very spacious. Also the street where the hotel is located is really nice, with a couple of nice restaurants and coffee bars.

The place is very clean except for the pool area. The water in the pool did not look fresh and clear as on the pictures. Steps into the pool were slippery. Besides, the pool area was full of leaves. I personally thought the pillows are very thick and hard but that might be a matter of personal taste.

super friendly staff always ready to help and very knowledgeable of all things useful for our stay. we booked out tours though the hotel and it was a great experience. They held our luggage for our last day so we didn’t have to pay one more night. They let us use the showers, towels, pool and common areas while waiting for our bus. location is great right across the ADO bus station in La Cañada zone with great restaurants/bars and very pleasant walking on the street.

Small pool for a pricey hotel, very cute though. Breakfast was not included. Hard pillows on beds.

We were unhappy with our first room (first floor, very low ceiling) and we asked right away and they were nice to accommodate our move to a new room on the second floor - much better. Clean, good hot water and water pressure. Great location. Coffee maker and refrigerator were great. Nice secure parking.

Despite what you may read - the pool is not heated at all. Also, if you are an independent traveler be prepared for the occasional giant tour bus pulling up and dozens of loud tourists pack the hotel.

located 200m from ADO bus stop. nice hotel with swimming pool / jacuzzi. perfect to relax. comfortable dubble bed, big shower, very clean. some restaurants around the hotel.

It was perfectly clean, great compliment to the cleaners!! Nice big room. The shower was perfect, the big bed also.

Quiet noisy because of the road next to our room. Also you could hear the other guests.

My room faced a closed hallway, and anyone having conversation in the hallway didn't know they were sharing it as it echoed into my room. It's an attractive property. The swimming pool is nice. It seems though there are too many workers for not enough guests, and silly rules that didn't make sense. The same people served me every morning, but without a visual receipt they refused to help me. I selected this hotel for the Wifi connection, which was very strong and consistent.

My room was extremely dark with a very flashy annoying fluorescent light. The hallway was so loud, but my only source of fresh air with the window opened. The workers on the property are not friendly and prefer not to help you.

Nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and excellent location

The jacuzzis are very nice. However, the water was not hot which was very disappointing and not enjoyable. The hot tub water is the same temperature, if not colder, than the regular pool.

Very big and clean room with comfy beds. Location is very good, 5min walk to all the restaurants. You can easily book a tour to the ruins and waterfalls via the hotel.

The pool was not very clean, it should be maintained a bit better.

Clean, great space and comfortable beds, kind staff, mini fridge, free water, good shower, bidet, free parking, good food at El Bambú restaurant at hotel.

the pool is really hard to keep clean with all the children and babies. We skipped it.
