We stayed in room 8, and it was very comfortable, clean, well air conditioned, and very pretty. The whole hotel is gorgeous. I love that there's a restaurant downstairs. We arrived before check in, and the staff were kind enough to let us store our luggage in a safe place while we went out to explore before checking in.

Everything except the fact that our room was located downstairs and not that clean. The staff was absolutely awesome though and helped out with everything. Even gave us recommendations for the rest of our journey within México that turned out to be absolutely worth giving it a try. The room v was very big and 4 choices of breakfast to choose from included in the price.

Just the little thing that our room was located downstairs and you could see that it was a bit old. Small hints of mold on the curtains.

Our room on the 2nd floor was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Internet worked great. All the areas of the place where clean (they even disinfected our luggages upon arrival). Our window and balcony looked to the indoor garden so there wasn’t any noise from the street even though the place is situated right in the center of Palenque. Next doors there is an amazing restaurant (Tiranjas). Our breakfast included plenty of fruits and good coffee. The stuff were very very polite and helpful. We even let our luggage there for a couple of hours after our check-out free of charge!

Big and comfy bed, very central in the town of Palenque. Friendly staff.

Many nights we heard loud music from a bar close by.

The location is perfect for seeing the city. The staff was excellent. Bernardo was amazing and super helpful! The wifi was good and the AC cold.. nice hot showers! Incredible value for your money!

Good location and the staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious because they give you fruits.

No really hot shower! Sometimes cold and sometimes lukewarm water only.
