Casa Santa Lucia

We had a fabulous stay. Casa Santa Lucia is so welcoming, charming and the breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect with a short walk to the best restaurants and site seeing. The accommodation is amazing with its local artisanal décor and the most divine toiletries. The staff are so helpful from late night drinks at the bar to preparing a packed lunch for our travels when we left very early in the morning to travel to Oaxaca. The hospitality was excellent and the staff certainly go out of their way to assist and always on hand. I can't wait to return someday.

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Santa Lucia. From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel so welcome, and the staff did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as they could. They were helpful, friendly, and added nice touches to make the stay extra special. The location is great and a short walk to the centre and sites. The rooms are amazing, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable, whilst the breakfast is excellent and set in a beautiful room. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all San Cristobal visitors!

The hotel staff was super friendly, helpful and efficient. They arranged for us a pick-up transfer at Tuxtla airport without any issues. This boutique hotel is simply amazing, the inner patio/breakfast/lounge area is nicely and tastefully decorated with magnificent pieces of art, plants and nice lamps hanging from the ceiling. Breakfast was very nice with a rich menu. Our room was just perfect, cozy comfortable bed, very large shower with products. The icing on the cake was a fireplace in the room which we asked the staff to light one evening. The location of Casa Santa Lucia is very central to the main plaza yet located in a quiet street. I would recommend to stay in this place with all my heart. Keep up the good work guys!

We stayed there for 4 nights and really loved our stay. The hotel is really unique with interesting indigenous art and decorations. The room was spacious, with a very big and comfortable bed. The staff was also so friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and always with a smile. We enjoyed the daily breakfast too, there was a lot to choose from and it was delicious. The hotel is also close to main restaurants and bars in the history centre, really good spot!

We mainly loved the attention, the staff was extremely attentive. The food offered at breakfast was great with a five-star service. It was very close to the center so it was very simple come and go at any time. Rooms are spacious and equipped with everything that you might need.

The property is so beautifully decorated, walking distance to all attractions and restaurants and bars. The room is very nice and comfortable. The staff are amazing , they made us a free upgrade to a king suite and helped us with the excursions reservations. We loved our stay and totally recommend it to everyone ! Great stay

The room was a bit noisy as it was directly on the street. The breakfast was very good in quantity and options but it could have tasted better

Very nice atmosphere very close to city center and all the attractions. They treated us excellent and helped us book tours and acquire our taxi back to the airport. Definitely will keep them in mind for our next stay. Great Great breakfast!!!! Even gave us a to go box for trip back to airport!!!

Traditional Mexican tasty breakfast with additional option to choose from. The room was a good size, clean and well serviced every day.

If staff knew a few of basic english words. But it was fun to communicate with them even with a minimum knowledge of Spanish.

Breakfast was fabulous. Also enjoyed having an employee starting a fire in our fireplace on a chilly night. Wonderful!

Always appreciate a small refrigerator in our room...would be great if they added one. Also, I like to have a windows that open, for the fresh air and views.

Eveything in this hotel is perfect. The staff was attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and variable. At the same time the hotel's decoration was amazing. It has a colonial and traditional Chiapas style. The room also had eveything we needed.
