Staff was great. Location was only a 5-8min walk from el centro. Food, grocery stores close by. Safe neighborhood. Communication with staff is amazing! Very attentive. Very fast at cleaning up the rooms.
No a/c available. Only a room fan. Outside door closes at 10:30p and opens at 7:30a so if you don't alert the staff before going out for the day you will be locked out/in.

Everything is how i expected...iwill definitely stay here the next time i go back to visit. Very huge rooms and very clean and comftarble stay.
The only thing is that jacuzzi in the bottom was not working...hope they fix it for next time i stay.

The bed was comfortable.
The gentleman who checked us in was “OK“, nothing special. The facility was dirty, not even vacuumed. The outside areas were dead or dying and definitely needed dusting. The pictures on your website did not match what we were met with. It is old and needs redoing.
