Liked the location very central close to everything.Mexican atmosphere a smaller hotel not one of the big chain outfits.

Breakfeast

Fabulous location, super front desk staff, great price. Very much appreciated the early check in and late check out. Fab online communication. We loved the small rooftop terrace. TV and internet were fine. Quiet.

Beds were hard and pillow was unusable - made my own with a towel and jacket. One slice of toast for breakfast plus coffee with only powdered milk was subpar, and the breakfast lady was dour. (Tried hard to engage her with smiles and Spanish ... nope!)

Super helpful staff, even though we didn't speak the same language. Really comfortable beds. Convenient location for downtown, restaurants, the Malecon and airport. 2 blocks walk from the supermercado. Excellent AC, much appreciated during the humid August weather. Great spot for an overnight stop.

The many stairs that we had to carry our luggage up. Pretty simple decor and facilities.

I liked how close it was to everything I needed, a laundry around the corner, my fave cafe one block away, grocery store five min walk and the Malecon 10 min walk. close to bus stops, and a few blocks from the beach!

no fridge in the room or coffee/tea, which made it hard to keep perishables. very simple room but it has charm.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location to beach 3 blocks, major bus route, 10 min walk to Malecon, so many Mexican restaurants, cafes, oxo convenience. Banks, laundry, shopping.

Just needed one more blanket. Pillows bit too deep for good neck support but I bought blanket.

We really enjoyed very much our stay, my wife and I were very pleased with the hotel and the coffee they serve in the morning and there are many places to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner...hope next year back to visit it again.

Well actually is not hotel's fault because around hotel there was litters and people don't care to keep streets clean near the hotel.

A clean, basic room within walking distance of the beach and market. Great location with a "local" feel. Lots of small restaurants in the neighbourhood including vegetarian/vegan options. Coffee in the morning was an added bonus. Friendly staff.

I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast there but the location is 10/10 the bus stop is just down the street , malencon is minutes away walking , the streets felt safe to walk in , restaurants were open till late at night wich is a win because we like to eat late . Everyone was friendly and helpful

Awesome location and price. the staff are fantastic. off street parking and easy access to buses a big plus.

you have to ask for the room to be cleaned during the stay instead of automatic, sometimes the towels wouldn’t dry during the day.

Location to beach and Malecon Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the room and it was corrected the same day.

I couldn't stay for a longer time away from our Canadian winter.
