Loft Hotel Malecón Vallarta

Very attentive staff; helped me through the process of how everything was in the room. Beds were really comfortable and room service was really great!

Wish the windows were sound proof as you can hear a lot of noise late at night.

Location, staff, the new building.

The old building so I moved after the first night to the new one after paying a fair extra amount. Noise from busy street but it was expected. Both old and new buildings were clean but all hidden surfaces where dusty so I cleaned them myself before using. New building room access code is 8 digits, a bit long for frequent mistakes. I believe that a fob or card system is better. Access by smart phone app is possible though but it needs some time to setup.

Spacious room with kitchenette and all the amenities. Great location, one block away from beach, groceries, restaurants, city bus.. everything. Fantastic value for money

Since the location is right next to busy road, some rooms can get very loud even late into the night. But that’s something which comes with the location beyond hotels control.

Everything!!! The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable... the hotel room was cool, ample, clean, comfortable, and close to all that was wanted and needed, no need to drive anywhere ... and the staff, what can I say, couldn't have ask for a more welcoming, understanding, kindly, caring and accommodating group of people from the garage staff, to the cleaning crew, the reception and security staff(Margarita is awesome) ... they become our friends and family away from home ... we will most definitely be returning to Puerto Vallarta and staying at the Loft Hotel for sure!!! Absolutely love it!!!

Well there's not much we didn't like really ... maybe a restaurant would be an added luxury!!!

Nice room, good location, everything in walking distance, tons of restaurants and stores, close to the beach. They just opened their restaurant service at the hotel and we were the 1 st customers. The food was very good. Nice view from the balcony of the ocean.

We were there during samana Santa so it was very loud on the streets till early morning, to be expected though. also the wifi was rough and only usable in the main room.

Was with a friend and we had the loft called Moscow the bedroom on top was big with a big bathroom the one one ground f was also very big very spacious loft

Unfortunately there is always something that was a bad plumbing not enough pressure on the weather in the toilet shower wasen y too bad besides that. All was wonderful staff deserves thumbs although some dint speak inglês but they would make sure that they understand your request and solve the matter asap and they where always smilling

We were greeted by Filipe at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful. He allowed us to leave our luggage there before checking in time and was so helpful our entire stay. We had staff help us with our bags and the place was spotless and the ladies who cleaned were caring and helpful. The aircon worked and the only thing that wasn’t too great, was that the sleeper couch is made of plastic, which was incredibly hot to sleep on. The hotel is opposite a park, has a peek a boo view of the ocean and although it was right on the Malecon and only a block from the beach, we were not kept awake with the noise. I would highly recommend this lovely spot. The taxis can drop and pickup right at the hotel which is helpful with the cobbled streets. Definitely great value for money and such wonderful staff.

The sleeper couch being made of plastic was hot to sleep on but the beds were great.

Very helpful and accommodating reception staff. The room I had booked was not ready for check in but they were able to get me into another one with no hassle. They also watched my luggage after check out. Room 20 was compact but had everything you could need. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Location is very convenient.

Room 20 has two single beds pushed together, which is not ideal but not a big problem. Make sure you ask before booking. The headboards hide the controls for the overhead fan, again not an issue, just something that could be improved.

The staff at this hotel was quite friendly, the maid named Yaneisi was a absolute angel she was very kind and sweet,Felipe at the desk was also very inviting and kind, The value was excellent and location was beyond great!, Felt very safe just a few steps from Starbucks and a Barber Shop and the Malecon, Not a long walk to old town, about the best location you can get in PV right here!

The water pressure in the kitchen sink left something to be desired, the city of Puerto Vallarta sometimes has issues with water pressure it’s not necessarily this hotel that has problems.

The location was only two blocks from the beach and a block away from anything else you needed. The room included a stove, full length fridge, microwave, coffe pot, and dishes and utensils. A great little restaurant is right down the street and other restaurants and bars were a short walk away. Zona Romatica about a 15 minute walk. New improved rooms/more expensive will be completed by February. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I was very happy with my stay!

They don't provide enough towels and the floor never seems to be clean, although they clean every day. They did give us more towels when we asked.
