The room we were given at the back of the hotel facing street. promised they’d try and move us but we never heard back. it seems like they work hard for their “Villa Group” clients but the rest they don’t care too much. The beds were terrible, old and had dips in them and the pillows were old and lumpy. Room service didn’t top up with shampoo conditioner and more towels unless you asked.

I enjoyed the pools, gym and Spa. Our room was in a perfect location, large balcony and spacious accommodations. Resort grounds exceptionally clean and well kept. The sports bar food and staff.

The beach front wasn't good for swimming, no walking path along beach. The Italian restaurant rarely served from the menu, only $40 Mexican buffet. Bad timing on 1st Time Share pitch. It was during check-in and property introduction. Tired from traveling and hungry, I had to ask two different times for my room key while she kept trying to set a tour time.

This resort is excellent value; perfect location , comfortable beds, all rooms have a kitchen, it's clean, and excellent staff. We upgraded to a one bedroom suite, which was better for our one month stay. Will return

I think some nights the entertainment at the main pool was too loud.

The comfort of the beach and pools. Cost of meals are more or less affordable. About a 90% of the members of the staff were nice.

The wifi is very poor, we couldn’t use it the way we expected. There are not a variety of TV channels. Most of the restaurants are far, there are not a variety close to the premises.

we loved that there were 3 pools. depending on shade and activity you get some good variety. beach space is great and staff are all really nice. our room was massive, and we had 2 bathrooms. really nice to have a kitchenette available.

food and drink is really expensive. we ate most of our meals across the street for a fraction of the price but that’s like any hotel.

It is a swimmable beach. They have movie night on the beach. The are a simple but nice property.

Their handicapped spots are not close

Breakfast was very good! Serving staff was awesome! Excellent staff, very hard and dedicated employees. Very respectful with guests.

More selection (choice of food at specific restaurants). More efficient way of signing out to for (Inclusive) bill. Always having to use room numbers with multiple people at the same restaurant 1. check - in person, 2. Waiter. 3. Bartender 4. Having to give room number down every time.

We drove our car so it was great location easy to get in and out of. Rooms were comfortable, and gave a useful kitchenette. We didn’t expect to use it but found we enjoyed the view of the mountains from our balcony. We stayed in tower 3 on the 5th floor which over looks the parking lot. This may not sound pleasant but it was a really great view with the mountains and being able to watch the sunrise. There were a few nights with hour long rain storm and again watching the storm over the mountains was a great experience.

We did find items to be over priced in the restaurants. 1 pina colada, 2 gin and tonics, 1 margarita and a bottle of water cost $900 pesos that makes each cocktail served in a plastic cup over $200 pesos. But to others that may not seem expensive at all $12 dollars a drink usd may be a good bargain.

Wifi was not free which was disappointing. We spent so much to stay there then we had to pay extra for Wifi

Loved the location and friendliness of the staff. The daily activities were great and the pool was excellent.

The food served at the restaurants did not meet expectations. Local restaurants next door and a block away offers better taste, larger portions, and much better quality than any of the restaurants at the resort. The price of the food was suitable but there is much better taste for less very close by.
