Concerning the food in the restaurant and from the room service, you never knew what to expect as the servings were never the same but different every day. Sometimes a dish was served abundant and with all garnishing while the next day the same dish was a small serving and the garnishings were missing. This happened several times. Although it was nice to have a coffee machine in the room, one coffee capsule per person per day was not enough. It was not possible to find that kind of capsules in a shop.

Hotel is good and beautiful, in the northern part of Mexico city, it has beautiful gardens and rooms are very nice and comfy. Is a good option in the area

We arrived around 1 hr before the official check in and we had to wait the full hour till the very last minute to get our room, I understand this when the hotel is full but the hotel was quite empty, normally in those cases we always get our rooms before the official check in the receptionist gave us the impression she was just following the protocol as its written without really trying to do an effort to do a bit from her side to help with this. And I had to go and ask her if it was ready, she didnt cared to search for us to inform us we could already take it, even though I told her we were a bit in a rush Also the pool was a bit dirty and also the toilets at the reception.

Everyone from the reception, the restaurant, the cleaning ladies, all the staff were absolutely helpful at all time. The room was big and clean. The breakfast buffet was good, the dinner at the restaurant was good too. We liked the pool, it is not very deep but good enough for some laps. The hotel is close to a big centro commercial.

The size of the bedroom was excellent, with a little sofa a desk and it's chair in case you need to work. Everything was so clean, tidy, all the furniture was in good condition. The lighting in the hallways was excellent, also clean and smelt really nice.

Definitely, the pool is so small compared to the size of the hotel. 10 people on it, is too much and you don't enjoy it.

Right next to Mundo E (big mall with lots of restaurants, VIP cinema, shops, etc), all the staff was quite polite and welcoming, food was ok but not great even by hotel standards, but they do have 24 hour room service. The pool was on the smaller side but it was clean, the garden was a plus since it’s rare to see green in this side of town. The room was very clean and comfortable, the water pressure was great

Regarding some comments I read before my stay, yes, sometimes you can hear some noise if a person is right outside your window, but otherwise it’s not noisy at all, you cannot hear anything from the outside even though it’s on a busy blvd. And of course it’s far away from the airport, it’s not considered an airport hotel, if you wish to stay here be prepared to leave early for your flight. It’s basically on the other side of the city

The rooms are very comfy and clean. Very spacious in case you need to work in the room. The breakfast included is American so you know what you get. Very quiet and close to the Mundo-E shopping mall.

The extra cost of the parking. The buffet breakfast is not included, so ask first. Staff very serious a little bit of friendliness will help.

Our room had garden view and was beautiful. A comfortable bed and pillow & great shower. We had a great breakfast at the hotel with great service. The shopping mall was 1/2 a block from the hotel. Checking in we were welcomed and greeted with hospitality from employees. I loved the hotel overall.

I enjoyed everything about our stay.

The room was large with a jet tub, the staff was great, and the breakfast was exceptional. Our waiter provided outstanding customer service despite a language barrier.

The pool closes really early, there is no ATM or currency services, and the hotel is a long drive from attractions.

the bathroom door lock didnt work, there where misterious stains on the headboard.(gross) room service was deplorable, first night we asked for refreshments they arrived 45 minutes later. that same night we ask for dinner, the hamburguer was dry, overcooked, and it tasted old. we asked for some tortillas for the mushrooms and cheese, 1 hrs later we called to cancel, because they never came, we called 2 times and they said that the waiter already left with them. never arrived. to pay for dinner i used my visa, the card machine didnt had paper for receipts, the waiter had to go get paper and it took 15 minutes . room service food all came cold

The room was big, very clean and comfortable.

There was no minibar. We were 2 people and some days we would get 2 capsules for coffee, some days we would get 1, and some days we would get none. Also, they changed the internet password halfway through our stay and didn't let us know, which would have been nice.
