Location is great. This is my second visit and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thanks to its priviledged location, it is easily accessible to main avenues and boulevards.
Shower cabins aren't great; they're not ergonomic at all. Unless your average guest is 1.85 mt tall and up (which is no likely in Mexico), there's no point that the shower outlet is so high. Also, door access to the cabin is quite challenging.

if you like to sleep in a quiet environment I don’t recommend so much because there a bar/ restaurant close across the street and you can hear the music. pretty loud but besides that good .

The staff was great! Awesome costumer service! Great location-based 👍 They were great at following the safety procedures in the hotel. I felt safe thank you for that.
There's no trash can outside besides the one in the bathroom. The hallway outside the room was dark all the time. They didn't turn on the hallway lights it looked scary.

It was a nice small room. Had a few issues with the doors and the remote and the temperature. It was a bit cold at night. But overall very cozy for my family.

There was no soap in the restroom when we arrived. A hand towel is not provided. There was a disturbing light from the AC that couldn't be turned off.
