The apartment was very nice, with a great view and in a great location. It had all the things you need to cook, a washer/dryer and some free snacks/water/coffee for your arrival. WiFi is one for apartment and it si fast (50Mbps) and reliable. Area is amazing with plenty of walkable green areas, malls and groceries. To reach other parts of the city you will of course need Uber. Great amenities in the building like pool, gym and amazing view patio. Benjamin the manager has been in touch for all our stay and helped us accommodating our requests.

The only thing is that the apartment is in a busy area and windows are not super sound proof, so if you are a light sleeper take some ear plugs with you. The apartment had few minor issues but they will fix them for the next stays so not a big deal.

Benjamin was super helpful and friendly and stored our luggage after checkout since we couldn't check in to our next hotel until later that day. It was a huge help and allowed us to visit the aquarium nearby. The location is great with the Chapultepec Park, National Anthropology Museum and the aquarium all close by, not to mention a plethora of great restaurants The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything one may need for a short stay including detergent pods for the washer/dryer. The building itself is in a safe area and seems to be very well managed.

Well decorated so felt more homely than many corporate hotels. Very nice view of the sunrise each morning. Host was very responsive and helped to resolve some of the things that didn't work so well (hot water issues, no ironing board etc). Very secure. Washing machine in the apartment is a real bonus - very easy to use.

The shower pressure is not strong. Noisy street below (didn't bother me much as you are high up and I used the fan).

Extraordinary location walking to office campus, high end malls and restaurants. The facilities available are very nice and. very clean, the view is extraordinary,. Friendly staff. Value for money, the best in the aeea

Windows and door should be sealed, is a busy city area , ambulances and some motor bikes were very loud. Window blinds are not black out. When wind blows in to the apartment beings on a fair amount of dust..

The apartment had 2 bedrooms, an electric heater, everything you need to spend good your time. The localization is awesome, few meters from Antara Mall (with a lot of nice restaurants and stores)

The sofa on living room could be cleaner and internet could be faster (I work with internet).

All was perfect all was clean. Host was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions.

The fact that we didn’t get the city view that was shown in the pictures made us feel a bit mislead. We understand that rooms are always subject to availability but no picture of the non city view room was shown when booking and only the city view pictures were available

Great apartment on the edge of Polanco area. Walking distance to everything in the area. Benjamin and his staff are really friendly and helpful. Communication during the stay was perfect.

There was no hot water in the apartment. Despite a great effort taken it could not be fixed. Luckily they offered us to switch apartment immediately.

The rooms are located in a high rise condo building in Polanco. It is walking distance to grocery stores and shopping. The building is has 24/7 security and the lobby is secured through magnetic doors. The apartments are spacious and clean and are stocked with everything you need, which makes you feel at home.

The apartment is lacking a bit of maintenance, walls looks dirty and stained, bathroom vents are moldy. But it is in a great location and overall I think it's good value.
