Novotel Mexico City Toreo

I specifically chose this hotel to enjoy calm and quiet after a long flight and it was perfect. the room was with a bath and it was excellent. The location is far away from the city’s hustle and bustle and it takes about 30 minutes to get into anything you’d like to visit. I did not mind this at all- but if you wish to be near restaurants and such .. his hotel is far out. Although there is a very good Asian and another Mexican restaurant below. The hotel’s restaurant also has wonderful food. my daughter became quite ill- and their help for us was above what was expected - calling a doctor who came in the middle of the night.. which I appreciate. THE STAFF … were all hands down - amazing, open and warm hearted .. really they made the place. Thanks everyone for the amazing love and care .

I wanted to have the air conditioning off at times but that messed with the program. It’s best to ask at reception how it works. It’s also good that I could speak a bit of Spanish because it came in handy in the restaurant and when ordering room service. Though there were those that could at reception and a coupe in the restaurant.

The room was clean, quite comfortable (especially the bed), and had all the amenities that I like. The room was in great repair and had a nice modern decor. The lobby was beautiful and had a nice bar in it. Finally, the staff was tremendous. It is great for most of your travel needs. All this for a great price.

Water escaped from the shower too easily. Also, there isn’t a lot of washroom privacy in the room I had since the toilet and shower are in their own little rooms. This was not an issue with me since I was travelling with my wife and infant son.

The hotel is really nicely decorated, modern and super comfortable.

The breakfast was decent, but the waiting staff was a bit strange and rude. They didn't tell me what was included in the breakfast, and so didn't give me everything from the menu. (Like juice, coffee, fruit ,and hot dish) It was only on the last day that I knew I could get several items.

its a great hotel and a great location. i have a lovely room overlooking the whole city which looks stunning in night. staff at a reception had been great , friendly and helpful. i am extending my stay each time depending on how we feeling. all in all great experience here at NOVOTEL 😊

there is No NETFLIX in a room.

Very nice hotel, modern, new, and very clean. also a great price.

The location is in an industrial zone that is not very walkable, making it hard to enjoy.

this is our second time here and just like the first time stuff was really friendly and professional. if we go back to Mexico City again this will be our go to :) price is fair and really clean

The hotel room is so luxurious that I wish I’d stay there longer. Front seat staff were very friendly, professional and welcoming. Thanks once again! The location isn’t the best to of best but it’s literally close to many things
