Excellent flat, loved the rooms and the pools, also the underground parking.

The pool stained our swimming clothes green.

the location was great. It’s located in the “downtown area” or central area of Tulum but not in the middle of all the noise. It’s 8-10 minute drive to the beach part of Tulum. It’s really a perfect location if you want to explore Tulum not just be on the beach. The store and little bistro were perfect! The pool was nice ! The property is beautiful! The staff were amazing! The property is also super safe. I felt 100000% comfortable and safe the entire time even tough your not surrounded by other hotels or people!

The apartment itself can be a little cleaner, well the bathroom. The walls in the bathroom, the grout, the toilet handle were covered with mold, algae, type stuff. The bottom of the toilet was like that too, those type of things gross me out. I had to find bleach to clean before I used it. They could also paint around the walls just to maintain this “luxury” apartment!

Really crazy price-to-quality ratio. One of the best apartments I've stayed in, amazingly furnished and equipped with any amenity we could possibly need. Also very convenient to have a small grocery store, a breakfast cafe and a small restaurant downstairs. Very nice common areas and view onto the gardens / pool from any window.

We had an issue with the toiler on the very first night (flooded all over the room) and no one really helped us cleaning or fixed the issue in the following day. We were never able to use the toilet again. We were also charged for a stain on a sofa that was previously already there, tried to contact them back to obtain a refund but never got an answer.

property is gorgeous. literally has everything you need. condo style. small grocery cafe breakfast and lunch smoothie cafe and lunch spa cabana and pool inside your room, has full kitchen washer, microwave, waters in fridge

they will try to charge you for residue (like makeup and products) on towels and sheets. which I have never experienced in my life at a hotel. it was never mentioned in the agreement either. they said that makeup was on towels and pillowcase, which is usual when patrons might book. idk where they would get the idea to charge people for that. the only way you can speak with staff inside your room is through what’s app, no phone in room to ask for extra towels or anything. they didn’t really have a bell hop to help with bags until we urgently asked. there is minimal amount of staff. but through the concierge on what’s app you can ask for where to go, book taxi, book Covid test, book reservations for almost anything

Rooms differ from each to another but 2 out of the 3 rooms we stayed in were big comfortable and had everything we needed.

1st room we got shown was empty not even bedside lamps and smelt like poo. Showers were cold. Works are still being done once finished will be amazing here but for the price was good value for money.

Everything was exactly like in the description, close to Tulum Pueblo, somehow to the beach (with the Beach Shuttle), totally recommend! All was fine, flat was spacious, cosy & modern.

Will be a bit better in the few years where theres more to see and check around the Condo. Besides that, it was amazingly safe to stay in the middle of the jungle.

The property was exceptional, we had the luxury of our own private pool or the shared condominium one. The staff and nearby cafe were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I cannot recommend this place any more. There was a group of 4 of us from London, Taxis were on standby 24/7. Everywhere was within 15 min drive. The apartment was prestige, we went with the 3 bedroom one with the upstairs pool. We all loved it, thank you very much Mistiq!! Viva Mexico!!!

Really amazing stay, we extended 2 times! 🙏🏼♥️ Some highlights are price/ quality, helpful staff (easily reachable via WhatsApp), the pool, large room, large bed, small kitchen. They also helped us with a transit to the airport 🙏🏼. Really highly recommended!

These did not spoil the fun but are worth mentioning: It’s a bit further away from the downtown. Take into account the you need to walk for quite a bit to get to the center (30 mins). Or if you don’t mind taking taxis everything that’s an option too ofcourse. It’s a Condominium and not a hotel, that’s why there is no in between cleaning. For longer stays this might be uncomfortable. Yet, you can get cleaning for a surcharge. The “in house” supermarket is ridiculously expensive. I remember 180 peso for 200 grams of granola which is insane for a location where average earning is 300 usd per month.

New apartment complex. Booked a Apartment Studio with Balcony, these are located on the first floor. Great front-desk service by Mrs. Mirza. They set up a whatsapp chat with you a day before you arrive, and they react promptly on your requests. Gym is great. Next door (in the same building) is a great French bakery, and a convenience supermarket. Cleaning is done after every 4th night, and cleaning is better than expected! They even cleaned the coffeemaker for example.

In general very good stay, but there is no active bar at the pool. I would have liked it if the cleaning was a bit more frequent, although cleaning in general is very good!

We really liked the place, the pool with the vegetation around make it a nice place to relax. The gym was well equipped and with natural light. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. About the location its no central but you can move around by bike and reach city center.

Would be nice if during your stay they clean your apartment.
