Courtyard by Marriott San Luis Potosi, Los Lagos

Super modern, clean, world-class hotel. You will feel like you are in Europe if you stay here. (As it happens, I am on my eighth stay here right now!) The restaurant is world-c;lass, and if you don't like that, there is a restaurant in front of the hotel, too - I will probably try that out tonight. Rooms: Sparkling clean, and decorated in a very comfortable, contemporary way. Everything about this hotel screams "WELL-MAINTAINED!" and "CLEAN AND MODERN!" Desk staff are fantastic, and most of them speak English. Hortensia is a GREAT help. She is, I think, the desk staff manager, and ALWAYS solves any problem I may have quickly. :)

Wish breakfast, or at least coffee, was available early - I usually check out around 4AM. Other than that, PERFECT!!!

Pet friendly hotel, which is a big plus. Rooms are nice, clean and very comfortable. Service was quick and the food was good. Practical location near the highway. Kind staff.

No previous information about pet's hosting costs. Total cost including taxes were a bit higher than the ones pre-calculated by booking.

Everything was just fine but there’s something that you could improve on your staff. When a client arrives should be informed about what the room rate includes for example on my reservation I was not informed that breakfast was included and we had to go to another restaurant to have breakfast. We were not able to connect to the WIFI which was included for free. If the hotel knows that the reservation is for 4 people the room should be prepared for the number of people instead of waiting until client calls and request extra towels, soap, shampoo, etc.. When we left I wasn’t informed that the deposit will be reimbursed and I was kind of upset when I checked the charges on my Credit card doble. Other than that.. things were ok

Perfect location for people staying the night when driving back to USA from the center of Mexico

My daughter and I got trapped in the elevator for a little while, the elevator completely shuts down when the key is not read by the fob. It was very scary. The receptionist heard our screams and opened for us. It would be helpful if there was a sign in the elevator indicating what to do in case the elevator shuts down (press the L to open the door) which we didn't know. We tried the emergency bottom and it didn't work.

Great value breakfast, with big portions. Staff was very nice, and very helpful. Facilities are nice, all of it looks brand new. We all enjoyed our stay!

There wasn't a clear sign on how to get to the pool. I think it needs an easier way to get to it.

It is a great place. Quiet, comfortable, great location out of the city. Food is also great.

The bathroom tile is very slippery. Be very careful with that.

Food at the restaurant was delicious! The rooms was nice and clean. shower was hot and beds were comfortable.

I need a handicap room and the shower was very well thought out as far as grab bars. But the floor is very slippery and that needs to be addressed!
