Quality Inn Mazatlan

Great location near the start of the Malecón. Close to many shops and restaurants. Clean facilities, nice pool, good breakfast. A nice place for families. Excellent security for both the guests and the vehicles. Dogs are allowed, we stayed with our large one. We had a balcony facing the pool. We could hear the kids playing but noise stopped at 10 every day. From our room we couldn’t hear any noise from outside the hotel. Staff were great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Ana Valdez at the front desk is one of the most efficient and professional hotel employees I have dealt with. I am a professional birding guide and travel frequently throughout the world and stay at many hotels. Ana is top notch in every way. Always cheerful and willing to help with whatever I needed. I really enjoyed dealing with her. The hotel is conveniently located and most importantly has a parking lot for guests with vehicles with access 24/7. This is important to me as we usually leave the hotel very early in the morning and I never have to worry about accessing my vehicle. The rooms are always clean and perfectly suited for my needs.

I wish there had been coffee in the lobby.

Staff are very security conscious with guards always at the front doors and in the parking area. The location is excellent with restaurants and the malecón close buy. The hotel is well insulated so noise from parties and music is not a problem. Beds are comfortable, rooms are modern and clean.

Nothing- this is where we always stay while in Mazatlan.

The location and how they had 2 pools, one for families and the other for just adults, there breakfast, and they where always changing our towels, also they had bathrooms everywhere, the guy on the counter was super nice

That they don't have control for the pool for adults, adults would take their kids to the upper pool that was not for kids.

Location was good. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable maid service was excellent

The pool was being resurfaced while we were there. It would have been nice if someone were to let us know that the pool was not going to be in use during our stay.

Breakfast was outstanding as was your wonderful staff however something you have no control over was partying on the street until 4:30 am.Not a quiet area if you want sleep.

Exceptionally clean. Staff were very knowledgeable of Covid 19 and enforced strict protocols. As a result we felt safe coming in to the hotel and going out for dinner. Restaurants were plentiful around the hotel and offered a variety of foods. Taxis were easy to find, also.

Nothing. We will be returning again and will let friends and family know about the hotels wonderful accommodations.

Great location, super helpful staff

Too much noise coming from the pool until late. We retired early and it was too noisy. Also a lot of neighborhood noise and music all night long. The breakfast was lame

This hotel was in the middle of the action in Mazatlán! Just a few blocks to the beach, shopping and excellent restaurants. Easy walking to some great shopping and our dinner on the beach was excellent! Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good. I would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing I didn't like about our stay there.

- Perfect location, just one block away from the main street thus avoiding the crazy noise of the cars loud music. - Room was ok, clean, spacious, air conditioning working fine. - Staff is attentive and courteous

- Check in time is late (2pm), but check out is abusively early (11am max). - Bed sheets are too short, so they don't fully wrap the edges of the mattress, and they move so you end up sleeping in direct contact with the mattress. Bed a bit hard. - Cold water of the shower wasn't working. They sent one guy to fix it, fortunately. - Included breakfast is not that good. Coffee was horrible, basically water with a coffee taste.
