IOH Mérida Mid Center

Great location close, very nice new rooms with nice view. The best part was the gym and the swimming pool on the roof. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed in Merida for 5 nights - this was our longest stay in Mexico. Would come back to this hotel.

We found breakfast not so good and relative expensive. I recommend not to pay for room with breakfast. Instead try it once and if you dont like it, you can very easily have breakfast in many nice places in Merida. We loved going to restaurants with playgrounds for kids, which was not expensive and very nice for our family

Hotel is quite modern and comfty and it does just what is enough to provide a wonderful stay for guests. We got a very small room but it had everything we needed and more for our one night stay. Beds were comfortable, shower had awesome pressure, A/A worked great. Our view wasn't great (we got a room that overlooked the back of the hotel) but we got what we paid for. Staff was polite and helpful and the location was just what we needed for this particular stay!

1. When we arrived we were asked to pay for our reservation when we had already paid via Booking. Nothing major but every detail counts 2. It can be quite tricky to find the lobby when first arriving as you have to take an elevator with some weird signage. Also there is no elevator from the ground floor so if you bring a lot of luggage, make sure to drop it at the ground floor before parking. Again, nothing major. 3. Room has no mini fridge, so if you are traveling with kids (like we were) it can be difficult to store their meals.

Nice place, clean, safe, parking for free and security was always there. The room was big with a nice view and big bathroom. We ate at the restaurant and food and drinks were so good. If i come back to Merida i will stay there. Honestly you will no regrets.

The lobby omg i thought it was a residential property, like condos, first floor looks like nobody is there the lobby is at the 2 floor, first time i see that. So after a long way from Tullum i felt like OMG where is the hotel, but it was at the second floor ;)

Great, but was disappointed once when we came down for the buffet at 11:23 (it was supposed to be on till 11:30) and it had all been cleared away.

Very disappointed that on our last few days the pool was closed for maintenance. Why would you do maintenance on a weekend? We had stayed at the hotel all week and been very busy and so were looking so forward to some downtime up on the roof in the pool at the end, and then couldn't do this. This was the main reason I chose this hotel - because of the pool on the roof.

Super clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Love the amenities, free parking lot

I can hear everything next door and the room upstairs. You should put bath mat . Room service could be faster

The location was walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. The local bus stop was right outside the hotel. A bank and ATM machines were also easily accessible on the property.

Clean, visually pleasing, friendly staff, good value, great views from rooms.

The only thing I did not like was that I had trouble finding the lobby. it is not marked anywhere. they should put signs to help clients.

We arrived in Merida, and were welcomed with great enthusiasm. The team spoke english and was proud to be there, it turns out the hotel was just opened a week ago. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one!

We liked everything... it's been awesome

Loved the design of this beautiful hotel! everything was spotless and modern. the staff was so kind and helpful. also enjoyed the free parking and a quick 10-15min Uber ride to Mérida center.

Shower is amazing. New spaces. Good a/c unit.

Value of price. Distance to historic center. Bathroom design.
