An absolute oasis. Amazing room by the pool. Very comfortable beds, exceptional décor. Great location, Close to Zaci cenote and the market. Will be staying there again.

Beautiful design both in the room and outside. Especially loved the hammocks and the pool area. The breakfast is amazing - everything we ordered was very high quality and delicious. The beds are comfortable and all is spotless clean. The staff is incredibly kind. Every day there are new delicious cookies in the room, which is a nice touch.

Being overly critical here - but since they are newly opened there are small things that don't run smoothly and can be improved: The cushions in the pool area are losing material. The reception needs a bell to call service. The music in the entrance was superloud and a bit too techno for such a relaxing place. The spa menu could have more selection and the bar also should have wine and beers to offer.

A real gem in Valladolid! Everything, from the moment you walk in has a wow effect. Superb artwork from local artists in the entrance, gorgeous tropical garden with a beautiful green pool and a very helpful and nice staff. A personal thanks to Fernando who really stood out! And then the rooms. Just gorgeous, generous in size, with all the amenities, a hammock to relax, super comfy bed, plenty of towels and a grand and majestic marble bathtub in a tropical garden within the room filled with flowers. I mean wow!

The only thing I didn't like was that we didn't stay longer

From beginning ‘till the end, our stay was perfect here. The people are sooo nice and will do everything to make you comfortable during your stay. You can order your breakfast the day before and let me just say, it’s delicious!! It’s a small 10min. walk to the townhall centre and very safe. They also have a parking lot you can use to keep your car from getting scratched but the 2nd night, we just parked it in front of the hotel. Antonio was so nice to give us information about cenotes we could visit that weren’t that busy. It’s a new hotel but will be booked fulltime in a couple of months!!

Maybe the neighbors nosy chickens at 4am in te morning 🤣! But blame it on the jetlag!

What a beautiful experience, all around. Walking in the hotel you immediately realize this is an oasis you won’t want to leave. The rooms are lovely and when we checked into our room they had already drawn a bath with stunning purple flowers floating on the water. The courtyard is perfectly laid out and the aesthetic is top notch. The breakfast is delicious and Wander took such great care of us each morning. He knew our coffee order and favorite juices. Overall expectations were exceeded and this is now on my must revisit list.

Without question, the most pleasant experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. The hotel staff were so kind and warm and made us feel completely at home. It is a new business and it is clear to see how much care and pride is present in each aspect the space and service. Gorgeous rooms. Every detail was considered - perfection. I will absolutely stay here again when I come to spend more time in the beautiful city of Valladolid. Thank you for such a relaxing and inspiring stay.

The staff is amazing. They are very helpfull and also give great recomondations on what to see and do, and they are very smiley and welcoming. Its an oasis! A truly hidden gem. Amazing breakfast, and beautifull welcomedrink upon arrival. Very Nice arcitecture! The room, bathroom and swimmingpool=Zen! Flawless!

Amazing experience in Valladolid, when you enter throw the doors is like entering another dimension , the rooms are spacious and the bath is incredible , comfortable beds too. Big swimming pool for the size of the hotel surrounded by a nice garden and the receptionist and waitresses took very good care of us.

this hotel is fairly new so everything from decor and common facilities is new/modern. The interior styling was beautiful. All pieces carefully considered. An amazing garden room that opens up to a pool, complete with a hammock and a nice welcome with the bathtub filled, candles lit, rose petals scattered throughout. Very generous with free bottled water, towels and room size. Bed and pillows super comfy with a smart tv. So much room to move around. Super clean as well. Staff were all so incredibly kind and warm which was greatly appreciated. Menu, even though limited was really tasty and staff always tried to accomodate food needs.

unfortunately I had to rate the hotel just one off from being great due to the water and plumbing issues, which is a real shame because everything else was amazing. We didn’t have any water on our first night after being out in the city, the water seemed to disappear (barely a trickle would come out) so we had to change rooms and wait for a technician to come onsite at night. It really let down the experience. Staff did their best to rectify so it wasn’t their fault at all. They provided me with a refund in the end to compensate for the first night. I think water pressure and having hot water isn’t a thing in Valladolid or Merida (where I’ve now travelled) but having enough water to wash, flush and clean is a pretty major need of any hotel stay. Especially pricey ones.
