Hivernage Hotel & Spa

the property was based in a great location and had a money exchange place next to it. it had a really nice bar lounge within walkable distance. it was clean and also have amazing food

Our room sink on the second day had the middle plunge removed and dirt had come up into the sink which wasn’t cleaned when we came to the room we saw the room clean but sink had stuff in it. other room my parents were in had the door to bathroom Tim broken so the door kept getting stuck so they had to leave the bathroom door open when using.

The people are very friendly, the spa treatments were excellent and the extra care the hotel manager took to make sure everything was good was really nice!!

The bar on the rooftop is only open after 6pm. It would be nice to enjoy the sun at the rooftop with restaurant services during the day, but that was not an option unfortunately. At night the rooftop had a great DJ playing! The hotel restaurant downstairs offer very nice breakfasts with many options. One thing that could be improved is maybe a more clear table service. It sometimes felt like the restaurant staff was running around and everybody had 10 different tasks catering to all people all at once. A bit chaotic.. Other than that the staff is super friendly and happy to help!

It was a great location, under a 20 minute walk to get to Jemaa el-Fna. There was a cash exchange outside by the front door which was open till late and came in handy, many a time. The gym was decent and had plenty of equipment for my son and myself. My son also enjoyed playing on the piano in the lobby which was a nice touch! Leila took great care of us during our stay, she helped us with our rooms, printing boarding passes and booking last minute excursions.

Initially our room was quite hot to sleep in, however upon request the next morning they were happy to move us to a cooler room without question. Although we had a coffee machine, a kettle would have been a great addition to the room.

The Hotel is in a great location with lots of fanastic restaurants around it and also easy access in to the Medina. Lovely room with a large bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful with a large selection and staff so friendly and helpful. The Sky Bar has the most amazing panoramic view.

Unfortunately, the pool was a no go for me as a non swimmer as you couldn't walk in to it and it was deep - no shallow end. Which was a shame as it was needed to cool off. However, it was nice to have lunch and drinks there and Yassime was a fantastic waiter who looked after us for the week.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with a stunning view to top it off. The hotel's amenities, from the luxurious spa to the mouthwatering on-site restaurant, exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out was the attention to detail – the little touches like fresh flowers in the room and personalized service made my experience unforgettable. I can't wait to return to this exceptional hotel for another memorable getaway. Highly recommended! A big shoutout to the Manager Yusra for the hospitality!

the hotel is situated in a lovely location which is a short walk to some lovely restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to main square. the hotel staff are extremely friendly and I cannot name them all but they look after you really well. the main restaurant is great in the evenings and the associated cafe is brilliant for a simple snack. it’s a shame the rooftop bar was not open but the one across the road is brilliant.

it is a quite hotel so don’t expect lots of entertainment. the rooms are comfortable but not soundproof and doors don’t lock easily. But none of this is a dampener on the hotel.

Our first time to Morocco and to the Hivernage Hotel and Spa in September and we would definitely return. The hotel staff are absolutely amazing, so attentive, friendly and they made us feel so special. The hotel is in a central location and convenient to Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The food is amazing for dinner and would throughly recommend, Hassan and his staff are brilliant. Mina is amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a slight problem and she sorted it within the hour. She also recommended and booked a trip to the Atlas Mountains and a restaurant for dinner, our table was one of the best in the house. I also had a treatment in the SPA which was absolutely amazing. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Great location. Walking distance to the souks or to the nearby mall. Beautifully decorated room, amazing spa treatments. A big sized room with a big comfortable bed.

No air conditioning in the room. Was informed by reception that they turn off the air conditioning during the ‘cooler’ months (still hot during the afternoon) and advised to leave the windows open at night instead. Quite noisy. Can hear people in the rooms next door dragging their chairs around.

Staff were efficient and friendly. Cannot fault them. Facilities were good and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location is great. You can walk to the Medina and everything is a short taxi ride for the other attractions.

The pool is small and is just sufficient to get wet and cool off. The size is understandable given the configuration of the hotel but if you want a poolside holiday, I am not sure this would be the hotel for you.

We would like to say a big thank you to MINA ( the manager on duty most of the 4 days we spent at the hotel) Her main concerns were ensuring we had a fantastic stay. she was kind and tried her best to make sure we were satisfied with therir services. the entire staff are helpful at this hotel

braekfast: please esnure there are better food choices. more eggs, sausages and bacon. the porridge was salty. please leave it plain so people can add either sugar, honey, salt or leave it plain. heating:the temperature outside was 24-26 degrees but the rooms were hot.. the airconditioning was radiating heat. we had to sleep with all the windows open and switch off the heatings fan.
