Hotel Mont Gueliz

The room was very comfortable. The single/twin beds were very big and comfortable. Room was clean and the wifi was very good. The staff were very kind and welcoming.

The online booking (on booking.com) said the hotel will pick us up from the airport. They did not. The online booking said they would also drop us off to the airport. They did not. We had to pay for our own taxis there and back. (Not sure if this is the hotels fault or booking.com) Also toilet seat was crooked and could have been fitted better. Flush took too long to reset. In front of the main road, so very noisy outside the hotel. If you need silence to sleep, this place isn't for you.

My favourite hotel so far.and I'm a traveler. Travel a lot.. tge staff very helpful. I have changed my room for a quite one.. the food was amazing. The hotel very clean loved tge shower gel I hope I can buy the same at home. Location perfect easy to park. 5 dirham a day. And tge beautiful pool on the top floor. Modern new. Outside pool so it's not heated. But is good in a hot weather. Everything is very clean.. also the hotel has exchange for a very good value you can change money. Highly recommended 👌. I definitely going back.also loved the style of the hotel... tge doors are beautiful. The beds extra comfy. The bathroom modern clean and not small. There is no problem with hot water. Always had enough.. thank you for the staff make my stay relaxed and comfortable.

Location but beware it's not in the location google maps has it labelled as. The hotel is slightly further up the street and on the opposite side across the petrol station. The room (15) has good air con, blackout curtains, good tv,nice bathroom, lots of space (includes sofa). Good storage, nice desk, wifi is pretty good (drops occasionally late at night but otherwise stable).

As above google maps had wrong location. The male staff (head guy) is gruff & somewhat unpleasant to communicate with which is very odd given he should be happy to have customers. Once checked in & settled, the stay was comfortable & I would stay there again

First of all the reception staff were amazing. I did a reservation for two bedrooms and had to cancel one I’ve rang before the trip although it wasn’t done but as soon as I got there the lady at the reception sorted for me at no extra cost. They were always absolutely kind, the gentleman at the reception which gave us a delicious cake made by his mum, the lady that always helps us we went to the camel ride in the desert and asked her to stay with our number just in case something happened or we didn’t showed up at the hotel, by 8pm we were still at the desert and they rang us to know if it was everything ok. couldn’t ask for better then this. Swiming pool was good, breakfast was very good too. The rooms were good we had 2 double beds, air conditioning always worked all fine. Additionally, the cleaners lady’s were kind too our rooms were cleaned every morning after we left the room and when we needed extra towels for swimming pool they were prompt to help, 5* for them. In general was all perfect. It was a pleasure to be there. we would definitely recommend.

The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the internet, it’s was not bad at all but could be better it always stopped after midnight, was weak at the rooms, and no signal in the last floor on the swimming pool. Still it was not too bad. We had free Wi-Fi during the day until midnight.

Great location close to the rail station and the Supratours bus depot and just a short walk into the main square. Also good rates at the in-house exchange bureau. A comfortable room and great hot shower. What more could you want !!

The staff was very helpful to answer our questions, very nice place in front of a noisy road but very calm inside with all the necessities to be comfy. They don't note the wifi in their booking ad but their is are very good wifi in the hotel. The spot in a little a bit closer to the edge of Gueliz but all is easily accessible by foot and surrounds by good restaurants.

Good location, nice and friendly hotel staff, nice room on the top floor with the view of the bustling city. I love Marrakesh a lot, amazing city atmosphere and there is still a lot to discover and explore for the next time.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Gueliz not far from all commodities. The staff are very responsive and very friendly. they helped out when mistakenly booked for 1 person instead of 2. The room was clean and comfortable. Good value for money

A bit oldish in design could use a revamp.

Really friendly staff… excellent breakfast. Our little boy was quite happy in the pool. Would have been nice to have a bar at the hotel but there were plenty of places to go regardless.
