Le Caspien Boutique Hotel

I love this hotel and staff this is my 2nd visit also booked for march would praise reconmondation to any one the breakfast is plenty good selection staff are like family here not got a bad word to say about any staff member so lovely manager is so friendly and helpfull success starts with manners and this place has it all

I dont have any thing negative but would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in room would ahd free water in fridge for people on medication but not a big deal still top hotel

The location was perfect, for a small fee the car was safe in the street, taxis were readily available to take you to any point in the city and even the local buses were a pleasure to use. The Caspien has a welcoming, lively atmosphere, our room was spacious and comfortable. The well ran restaurant had a varied menu with a well stocked bar ... the pool area is available during the day if you need to relax from the buzz of Marrakech, at night it offers a romantic back drop to the dining experience.

Bed was great, I would have personally preferred softer pillows but I didn't ask for replacements, I requested a room with a bath but the water, from the shower head, wasn't hot enough to enjoy a deep soak. Breakfast was sufficient, if a little repetitive over a week, lots of pastries, omelette and plenty of coffee re-fills.

The Caspien Hotel offered exceptional service throughout our stay. Despite our light delays, they promptly picked us up from the airport ready and waiting, and assisted with our luggage from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The staff's politeness and attention to our comfort stood out. The hotel's perfect location was the cherry on top of our enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

This is my second time staying in this Hotel. Every things was good . Staff are friendly especially the breakfast team. the girl who works in the evening is very helpful with big smile . I hope things change a bit to very good .

the doors of the cupboard are making noise when opening , I think need servicing or change to better ones. need a mirror in room for ladies when doing their hair or makeup . Most important need bright light in whole room . feel like cant find each other in that dim light.

A little hidden gem!! When we arrived the staff were so friendly, helpful & full of smiles! The food was exceptional & reasonably priced! The bar has everything and again the staff were very professional & accommodating! The whole hotel & rooms are exceptionally clean. We had only booked for one night but ended up staying longer! I would totally recommend a stay here!

The staff was very helpful and at the breakfast was very good. The pastries were perfect and the staff was also available to make eggs omelette for my friend who could not eat bread. The room was cleaned every day, the beds were confortable. The hotel is a bit old but overall was good and in a good area of Gueliz, but 30 minutes from the medina.

There are 2 clubs nearby, they can be noisy at night in the weekends. If you are looking for a hotel with pool, this may not be the best choice because there is not much space for laying in the sun at the pool.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was exactly what I was expecting and more. I will definitely be using this hotel for future visits for the following reasons: 1. Friendly and Helpful Staff. 2. Clean, Cosy Room with Balcony. (Double glazed - 2 Sliding Doors) 3. Comfortable Bed 4. Perfect Location 5. Lots to eat for Breakfast I didn't use all what was available to me for example the swimming pool, outside space (pool side/roof access) but having this available is a great addition to this hotel. Nearby to Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Shopping & more while being out the way from the hussle and bustle of Marrakech. 😁

This property should be rated 4 star for its excellent staff, service and amenities. I LOVED everything about the property. The conscience when I was feeling lazy to walk down stairs and have a 5 star meal was awesome. I loved that it was centrally located to a shopping area, the overwhelming choice of places to eat that’s only a 5 min walk. The entire staff spoiled me my entire time. I extended my stay twice. I left and checked into another hotel for two days in another area of the city, but ended back at a Le Caspien.

There was nothing not to like. The amenities exceeded expectations, the Resturant was 5 star, the staff were phenomenal, the atmosphere was lively and accommodating. Great for so travelers like myself.

The staff were very kind and accomodating. Location was just a few minutes from the main road/high street so everything was available nearby.

Very squeaky doors which were incredible loud and not very good sound proofing. Also would have preferred a hose in the bathroom rather than a bidet.

Central location on a quiet side street. The decoration in the room makes me feel home. In my opinion the hotel should be faithful to the classic vintage decoration like before instead of mixing with new comtemporary oil paintings. I always choose to stay at this hotel while in marrakech😉👍
