Hotel Oudaya

The Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was very clean (cleaned & fresh towels daily). The breakfast was continental style choice of food was good. The swimming pool was clean & a bonus after walking about Marrakech all day. The Hotels location was also great & within walking distance to the main square etc. Definitely value for money.

Reception staff… But only one of them, who I don’t know the name. My TV didn’t work so I asked how to make it work and his answer was “I don’t know anything about TVs”. It took me 2 days, but I did figured how to make it work myself. Other guys at reception were fantastic, when I had a question or a query. Used hotel spa and the hammam experience was good. Tv reception is not great. Rooms don’t look like on booking.com

The Hotel location was excellent, close to all main spots. Staff were great and helped whenever required. Wonderful clean hotel and had a wonderful stay. Bonus was Salah room to read prayers.

Only small negative pillows were too big and uncomfortable. Toilets are a bit too close to bath, so they are a bit uncomfortable. Not bidets to wash. We bought our own bottles. But these are small things for improvements

We stayed in the hotel only for a night so couldn't enjoy all facilities. The pool looked great and the buffet breakfast was really nice. The staff was friendly.

Our room was located far from reception and WiFi didn't work in our room. If we wanted to access the Internet we had to leave our room and stay in the hallway. Also, we woke up a few times at night because of some noise. I think the room we stayed was located nearby some locals accommodation. The bath should be replaced.

The property was clean and location was excellent to reach Gueliz was just a short walk.

When I arrived parking was a little difficult as the street is one way and was busy. At the Hotel, once I checked in, I asked the receptionist if they could help by printing my boarding pass. He said they didn’t do this and didn’t have the ability on their computer. I went to my room. Shortly after I came back down to reception to get the wifi password and the reception staff had changed. There was another guest at the reception desk and he was having his boarding pass printed. I asked this new reception person to print my pass and he said ‘yes no problem’. I was very disappointed by the first person. Also the Wifi is not very good and struggles to connect in the rooms

The rooms overlooking the pool are very quiet at night, which is a bonus in this area of the city.

The hotel does not accept payment by card, only cash. This is most inconvenient when the Booking site informs otherwise.

Great hotel good location very friendly staff and helpful. Nadia the cleaner was exceptional and very helpful and accommodating went out of her way for you made a good friend would highly recommended this hotel for all

The stuff and the director were kind, helpful and welcoming. Concerning the swimming pool it was clean and the vue from the rooms was refreshing. The breakfast was balanced. In general, there is nothing to complain about.

The stuff were helpful and friendly. The CEO Mr. Hassan Inaflas was exceptional in his communication and making guests conformable. I recommend this hotel to other clients with limited budget.

Just few things but the stay in general was great.

The room was large and spacious and hotel was in a good location.

They were giving us a difficult time as we didn't come between 4-7pm per check in we came close to 8pm as we couldn't control traffic. Also they made me pay in cash as their machine was "broke".
