The staff is really helpfull and the rooms are clean. The buffet is big and a lot of different tastes. The big pool was heated which was a must.

The music around the pool was a little loud sometimes during their acticities. When the shows are on in the night the sound is really loud, the night there was a show inside it would have been comfortable if the doors of this showroom were closed during the show. Maybe ask for a quiet room if dont like this. The shuttlebus must be booked at least 2 days in advance if you like to choose the departuretimes. Dont forget because it tends to get fully booked. and then you have to grab a taxi to the center.

The hotel is wonderful with really beautiful gardens and an amazing Moroccan decoration, even more beautiful than in the pictures 🤩 every corner is different and just as beautiful as the previous one. We arrived to a hand written note, a big bottle of water and a plate of typical sweets, showing a wonderful cliente personalisation. All the staff was very nice, helpful and treated everyone in a very familiar way. The welcome concierge was really attentive and showed us everything in the right way. The entire animation team was perfect with different and tasteful events everyday (shoutout to the pool party). The hotel is the perfect place to relax without getting boring. Tasty, fresh and varied food everyday. Some of the dishes were cooked in front of you.

It's a little far from the center, but this is overlooked as you have several free transfers everyday at different hours. The sofa bed could be better, but it isn't terrible. They should pay attention and not allow the reservation of the pool and terrace chairs for several hours before the actual utilisation.

Food was not tasty in terms of no salt or pepper

-Beautiful gardens -the bar and other areas, design and architecture -plenty of loungers -entertainment and bar staff -the rooms, big beds, good size bathrooms -many activities and sport opportunities: pool tables, table tennis, archery, gym, basketball, soccer, tennis, volleyball. It was important to us as travelling with teenagers -clean and tidy place in general -entertainment every evening(if you enjoy taking part) - nice pizza and freshly fried fish, we mostly enjoyed breakfast, fresh eggs, cheese, salad, variety of desserts, fruit salad - shuttle bus to Marrakesh a couple of times a day -Lovely wine, the bartender in the indoor bar makes really nice cocktails, lovely garnished -wonderful SPA, highly recommend massages -lady in the shop very helpful

-The music was playing everywhere all the time, at the pool, restaurant and a bit too loud for my likings. I'd prefer some music free time on occasion - personally we were not impressed with food in general, repetitive flavours and dishes, we noticed lasagna was served on one night but we were there too late, at 8pm was gone and not served again. - some fizzy drinks were ok some not

Hotel looks lovely. It is outside the center so is in quiet area. Offers shuttle to the center. Very clean and staff (reception, restaurant, kitchen housekeeping) extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was full of different options. Animators looked very friendly, morning aguagym cool! With a lot of humor! Definitely would be back here. Mostly thanks to the staff and their loveliness. Thank you!

Sometimes felt like can't chose much for lunch or dinner but still we weren't hungry. Sometimes we were waiting for information about animation activity but never could find a place and noone told us where to go (maybe our bad that we didn't ask didectly)

So this is my honest review of the venue. Beautiful scenery, lots of activities for young ones, overall good food if you're meat and fruits heavy, breakfast was okay too. Very nice entertainment team. super friendly and my daughter had a blast. Also there was a shuttle to town daily which was fab too!

The only negative feedback I had was the following: -Money was taken from my purse in the room the on the 1st day. I arrived a night before. About 20 euros, When I complained to the management, they were reactive and the manager (A lady) was questioning me about where I put my bag in my locked room and when last I saw the money as though I didn't know what I was saying. Then said they could assist me in calling the police, which I declined because I didn't want all that stress over 20 euros. While I was also there another lady also complained of a missing item, so be careful of your belongings. Also I think birthday cakes should be free, I've been to a couple of hotels during birthdays and they were all on the house. we were charged £16 each for small cake plates.

The place is very well maintained and clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception and bar and the waiter in the special restaurant was terrific. The food was very good with plenty of variety. Lots of different cocktails to choose from plus standard drinks. The animation team put on good shows and are very entertaining but never being pushy to join in with activities. The atmosphere was really nice and as it was cold in the evenings we enjoyed the large fire pits on the terrace to keep warm. Location is out of town so you need transport to go and see anything but having the shuttle bus provided was ideal and the driver was good. You can also take a taxi for €25 per trip (available on site all the time however the driving style is not as relaxed!) It’s a shame we didn’t use the spa facilities as we were too busy sightseeing! Thanks to the entire team at the hotel, we had a super holiday.

Nothing! Just a suggestion for the hotel to improve on little details….the bathroom could do with an extra towel rail for the large towels and tea and coffee in the rooms would be great.

Staff were superb from receptionists to cleaners, bar and restaurant staff and entertainment team. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. Good gym and excellent pool area with plenty of seating. Lovely setting and very clean.

Some of the cafes weren’t open so not truly an all-inclusive experience. There were times in the day that food wasn’t available. Food that was available was well below par in my opinion. Far more quantity over quality. Curfew of 9pm due to Covid legislation also meant evenings ended earlier than we’d have liked.

The food and dining room facilities were excellent. There were 3 bars so it was not a lot of waiting. The pool facilities were brilliant.

The communication in relation to the programs and what was happening at different times could have been better. The shuttle service to the town could be better as it is difficult to say how long would you be in the town. You had to book both the journey to the town and return from the town.

We stayed there with our little one and she loved it. It’s quite a good solution with kids and having the possibility to go to Marrakesh. If you want to relax at the pool and going from time to time to Marrakesh it’s perfect. The kids club especially Sousou was amazing, the housekeeping did an exceptional job with looking after everything multiple times per day. We loved the Marrocan food and plenty of options for kids food. It’s definitely a good value for money. The whole hotel is beautiful and really well kept.

The Reception was definitely not helpful or offer any support extraordinary. You had to ask for all the informations. I personally didn’t feel really welcome. You should be aware that just the „local“ alcohol is for free and some beers. For Extras you have to pay. As a family it was ok to stay there, but it’s quite far away from town, it’s a free shuttle to go to town.(30-40 minutes) But if you really want just to explore Marrakesh, I wouldn’t recommend it. The animation at the pool was a bit much for us, but a lot of people loved it.
