3 swimming pools kids loved this especially the indoor heated pool Room design Nice breakfast Kids and wife loved it Kids club free of charge Spa Hotel is pleasing to the eye

Carpet needs cleaning or changing Bathroom design looked good but not practical as water leaked everywhere Very far out so £15 minimum taxi and the drivers outside are mostly crooks trying to rip you off No one answers the phone when trying to call from your room Chef making eggs at breakfast dint have a clue, countless times the eggs were undercooked

Dear Miss Samira and Mr Ouarzazi. This is not the first time we are visiting Hotel the Golf. Your hospitality and service are the best in Marrakech. It feels even better than home. Every thing was very good. Just before our last day, we needed to wait for a long time to get towels for the swimming pool and we were obliged to get back to our rooms to get the towels issued to be used in the rooms.

Waiting for a long time to do the check in. The bathtub was awful in one room and it was confirmed by the reception, and I am wandering how guest will use it in the winter time. Surely one can get sick!

Excellent hotel, clean, nice resort and pool area, spacious rooms with nice views, staff are especially great, friendly and helpful, notably Wisal, Amal, and Halima, who made our stay extra special, moreover, we were in the hotel during the recent earthquake, and the staff of this hotel served the guests all night…. We can’t thank them enough…

The food was amazing, the desserts are great, Moroccan food is just wonderful. The hotel is quiet which is the best for relax, the rooms are very big. The hotel is located not that far from city plus bonus is free shuttle to city.

The staff is quite slow, the food is removed from restaurant 30- 40 minutes before the breakfast/dinner end time.

Great beds. Good sized rooms. Everything clean. Lots of activities available. Nice pool area. Buffet meals.

Providing a 5000 diram holding fee at the start of the stay. Then the hotel not releasing our money immediately when we checked out. 😒

Overall, a good hotel. You will not regret getting there. I recommand it vividly.

The hotel was huge and there were no signs, so we got a little bit lost getting to the restaurant and back to the room. But the staff was very helpful in this matter 😁 Also the bathtub couldn't close so the water kept getting out.

Fantastic facilities. Great location. We were very well looked after from the start meeting and checking in with Fatima. The room service was exceptional. Hind and Rajaa knew were on honeymoon and left us red roses after every clean. Thank you for such fantastic stay and great hospitality

The hotel staff provided us with exceptional hospitality, from Mo Matiri's daily check-ups on us to the kindness of the waiters in the swimming pool and restaurants! The hotel is enchanted with a very relaxing atmosphere, including two well-designed outdoor swimming pools and room balconies overlooking the golf course, palm groves, and Atlas mountains. The food and beverages were top-notch, and the chefs created personalised meals for my family members with dietary constraints. Btissam, Amal, and Samira in the reception even went out of their way to take charge of our PCR bookings, Taxis, etc.. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back :)
