Everything was perfect, all the staff could have not done anything more. Every one in the hotel does their very best to please all the guests. All facilities are very comfortable and well maintained. Food very good, gets a little same'y after a while but nevertheless delicious. Overall very pleasurable and relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was really nice. We were there during a sand storm and the cleaning staff cleaned the entire hotel in just one day. The bedroom had a lot of space and the beds were really comfortable. There were activities to do all day, which were good for all ages. The food at the buffet is good, although there is not a lot of variety. The ksar restaurant has an excellent service, and the dessert was amazing.

The bathroom has a big window to the bedrooms. The bathrooms have a curtain to cover these windows, however, in 2 of our bedrooms, this curtain was see-through, which could be a problem to some people. The staff in the reception kept giving us different informations on different days about the airport transfers and the late check out which was disturbing because we didn't know which information would be the right one. The internet was really weak in our rooms. However, they offered to change rooms after we pointed it out.

It was amazing this is one of the best hotels in Marrakesh in terms of value for price and the quality of services and food if not the best. It was an unforgettable vacation and that thanks to MARWA the PR responsible who went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and listen to even the tiniest wishes. This is what service is all about and she knows how to make customers happy, really happy that they will come back!!! Please keep her at the top she is one of your driving forces!!! Also big thanks to Mourad the restaurant manager how can a human be so kind and attentive to again all the little tiniest requests!!! They are not only excellent in their work they are amazing humans with a hart of gold. I am impressed and am a very picky person when it comes to hotels food and cleanliness. I must say this hotel blew my mind in all of the aspects and I'm a young women with high standards so not always easy to please but here it was not even a question, it's part of the hotel value proposition. I will be back very soon and will be coming each time I need a break. Keep up I hope one day to come back with family and friends and that the hotel can stay amazing for many many many years to come! Big thanks to all the amazing people working here. I had a blast and going back energized and well rested. Also the SPA amazing good prices and a must do is the hamam pack with scrub and 30mn massage, just before tanning AMAZING!!

Nothing really it was perfect. If you look for a real all inclusive hotel with fresh tasty food with cleanliness 10/10, with service 10/10 and people 15/10. Please come here you will definitely get the value of your money and even more.

What a great hotel to spend a relaxing week in. What really made this hotel special was all the amazing staff, as they really made you feel like you were the center of the world. This was some of the best service I have ever had at a hotel. The food was also was above expectations, as even though it was a buffet, we saw a vast mixture of dishes over a full week at the resort. If you aren't a picky eater, you will be in food heaven between the 3 different restaurants. Overall, you really can't go wrong with this hotel and Marakesh in general. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place to unwind while you take in the gorgeous sights of this historic city.

There wasn't anything for us to complain about during our stay.

The spa was brilliant. The all-inclusive & adult-only made it quite a chill place. The “snack bar” serving pizza, sandwiches, paninis & burger outside buffet timings made it worth it all.

For a 5 star hotel, variety of food, staff customer service in the restaurant need improvement. When requesting for tea especially, everything should be brought to the table together. Hot water pot, teabags, milk, teaspoon & cup & saucer. Not bringing things separately & having to chase the staff member. Also, loose teabags can be presented in a better way, preferably individually wrapped teabags for hygiene purposes, not just dumped on a saucer. Mini bar fridge in room was empty Presentation & quality of cocktails/Mocktails in the bar by the pool was disappointing, the drinks tasted watered down & artificial, especially the Mocktails. Food presentation & quality by the pool bar was also very disappointing . Food was underwhelming and sometimes over cooked.

Great to have a "party" and a "quiet" pool. The rooms are spaciuous and cleaned every day. Food is good quality and restaurant service is great. They did not reply to my messages via booking.com but when called, before arriving, they were able to accomodate my requests - a quiet room and dinner in the room once the restaurant was closed at the time of my arrival.

-Hidden charge -Staff -Quality of alcoholic drinks I would rate this place 4 star max. Mostly because of the staff are not very friendly and this pool towel seem like a scam to make little money that's not at a 5 star level. I understand charging a deposit for the pool towel but 15GBP is excessive and you are required to return the towel and collect a card, within the pool "opening hours" so if you miss it you might not get it back. Even though I returned mine correctly, they charged me for it. I was charged it altogether (booking and towel) one day after checking out so I couldn't correct it on the spot. I'm actually not sure what the extra charge was for once there is only one charge on my card and I was never given a receipt.

The pool area was always really clean and tidy, our rooms were cleaned every day which was good. On the second day we had ants but they quickly sorted that out. The sports bar was nice with pool and games to play with all football channels on if you wanted to watch premier league games. Pool side entertainment was good and the staff were super friendly.

The hotel is not 5*, it's 4* at best. The food was okay but a bit samey to be honest. We had an issue with payment of the hotel and was charged £100 more than the booking.com price because apparently the payment was based on the exchange rate of the day you arrive. It wasn't worth £2000 for a week unfortunately. Things didn't feel very luxury. Night entertainment was a bit naff!
