Good hotel, comfortable bed and shower, good location.

Good location, but you need to carry all your luggage climb more than 40 stairs to across a bridge over small river, that's the only route from train station to Hotel, not very convenient for older and handicap people.

Decent walk in shower , good size room .also it quiet but I'm aware it's a 6 month old hotel .

Breakfast , brown bread tasted stale and not as it should . I stayed two nights , asked for replacement coffee and water , but not done . The location is not popular with taxi / uber drivers as location is new and not on GPS. Front reception when I left early this morning appeared indiferent and rude as I left . No charging point by side of bed .

After a canceled flight, this was a nice place to stay, for a short night. Only one train stop from the airport, i thought its a reasonable place to wait. Check-in was quite efficient and quick, but check out was much less.

I had to leave very early, check-out was very inefficient, can be understood so early. Worse was that there was no information about how to get to the airport, it was not really helpful, there was no warning that there are no trains so early, and also no warning that due to strike there were much less (night) buses. No alternative ideas given either - so I just had to wait.

Nice room, nice view (8th floor), good bed (soft, but not too much) and nice fitness room. Quiet atmosphere in perfect location for a layover or even a longer stay if you prefer staying outside the Amsterdam center (I do). Super easy to get to and from Schiphol (just one train stop). For the price I got the room, hands down the best hotel I've stayed around Amsterdam.

New, modern, clean, and only a two-minute walk from the Hoofddorp train/bus station. Great room for solo travelers. I appreciated being able to crack the window open for fresh air. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The upholstered chair in the room was too low to the ground to be comfortable. The room was really two small for two people. It would have been nice and helpful to have a small refrigerator.

Clean, helpful and smiling staff. very comfortable bed and good size room with a very nice shower. Good curtains that darkened the room very well even when it was light outside Very good sound insulation(close to airport) Located close to airport

Walking path to train station did not seem well lit so I opted to get a cab since I had to be at airport very early. Sauna was not immediately available, had to be turned on and then wait an hour which made it too late for me.

Location is okayish, 5 minutes walk from Hoofddorp Station (bus and train), challenging to find by car. Paid parking 15 euros per day, which is a bit unusual for a hotel guest to pay. Not much in the neighborhood in terms of cafes or restaurants. It's about 30 mins walk to the town center, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel has bikes for rent. The hotel is new and well-appointed, and during my stay hardly occupied. Friendly and helpful staff. Taxi to Schiphol airport is about 30 euros, booked online.

The location is okay, close to rail and bus stations but nothing near to cafes and restaurants. Two duvets on a double bed are odd. The windows were filthy and should be cleaned more frequently.

Hotel seems new, the room is quiet and well ventilated. Decor is pleasant. I liked the wooden floor. Lighting is good and the bed comfy. I had a good rest there every night. The bathroom was very clean. Coffee machine in the restaurant made good range of coffees. Breakfast was good and I liked that there was a Dutch pancake machine. The freshly made pancakes were very tasty. So were the bread rolls and the crusty bread.

Lack of small toiletries. I forgot my shower cap at home and there was none in the bathroom. Lack of beer can opener. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for a bottle of beer to be opened as they only had a bottle opener fixed to the wall. They were helpful and opened the bottle, but it felt a bit awkward. The sheet had a stain which looked like dried blood, it was tiny, but I had to ask for the sheet to be changed, which was promptly done. Also, the window in the room is locked. These are all small things and I was generally happy with the room, but there is room for improvement.

- We chose this hotel based on the proximity to Hoofddorp station as a base for Mysteryland music festival. The station is a 4 minute walk from the hotel, which was perfect for getting the shuttle bus too and from the festival - Breakfast was great. Lots of variety with hot food (eggs, mushrooms, sausages, bacon) as well as fruit, yoghurt, cereals, breads and sweet treats (pastries, mini pancakes) and every condiment. - The hotel staff were helpful and friendly

- Check-in was slow but I think we were just unlucky with timing as the staff were all busy helping the guests ahead of us - The hotel is not near anything else so restricted to eat in the hotel itself

+ The room was spacious, clean, and quiet + The beds were comfy, and the air conditioning system was working properly + The staff was supportive + We did not use the hotel's parking area and parked in the public space in front of the hotel, which was free!

- Booking breakfast got complicated as the restaurant was not informed about our booking, which led to confusion about the bills, etc. - The breakfast was not bad, but the bread, eggs, etc., could be fresher. - The location is excellent for accessing the airport, otherwise recommended only for short stays.
