Relax atmosphere

No coffee and safe in guests rooms. Gym not maintained, very dirty. Complimentary Shuttle only offers from airport to hotel but not the other way. You need to pay to go to the airport . So empty shuttle back to airport. The hotel should just offer complimentary shuttles both ways.

It’s a Moxy. We like it, clean and friendly.

There should not be a charge for the shuttle to the airport.

Staff was attentive and helpful. My room was spotless and much more spacious than I thought. Great modern decor, the bedding is comfortable and every corner of the hotel smells good. The lounges and the common area are beautiful. Good amenities with a shared ironing room for every floor.

Slightly noisy, I can hear the aeroplane sound from time to time and when the people outside my room talking, and opening-closing their doors. Location-wise is far from the city but there is frequent and available public transport — you have to walk 11 mins from the hotel and take a bus (50 mins) to the center of Amsterdam. To get to the airport is easy via their shuttle bus, they provide free shuttle bus from airport to the hotel but you have to pay €4.50 per pax to get to the airport from the hotel (cheaper than taxi rate: €17-20).

The paying for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport I thought was a joke no other hotels charge for shuttle also there is no mention of a deposit when I made the booking but when I arrive I am informed I have 30 euros a night to pay thankfully it wasn't my case but if you came there with a budget for your trip and suddenly get told it's 30 euro a night for a deposit and possibly dont have the funds then for the rest of your trip there for that would be the hotel's problem as they never made them aware and to me this is absolutely unacceptable.

The hotel exceeds over its competitors. The staff were positive and helpful. We were offered complementary welcome drinks, which were great.. had more than 1! Short 5 minute transfer to airport (where other airport hotels are 15 minutes) TV suits many languages, including English, Dutch and German. €13 Buffet Breakfast 24 hour Kiosk and check in Dinner Menu Shuttle bus every half hour from A9 or A13 Shiphol Airport

The room was so lovely, the hotel was located within a 5 min walk to a bus stop which could take you to the centre of Amsterdam or a 5min ride to the airport. The windows were soundproof enough that you couldn’t hear the planes go by. The bed was super comfy and the shower had amazing pressure. The room was really clean and a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. We played table tennis and board games down in the lounge/bar and restaurant area. It had a great relaxed vibe, would definitely stay again.

No bath in the bathroom but the shower was great so didn’t mind.

- Near the airport; They have an airport shuttle - Away from the city centre; I've heard that it's loud at night but this was 30 -40 mins away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. - Rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom is super clean. - Outside is a small park with benches where you can sit and chill. - There's a McDonald's nearby for late night cravings

- Quite a struggle getting to the hotel. The first time I came the bus dropped me off the highway. The bus driver directed me to the area of hotels on the other side of highway and then when Google maps told me to turn right, I couldnt find any sidewalks so I walked AROUND, through McDonald's and yet there's still no sidewalks getting into the hotel. It was difficult especially if you're strolling around a luggage in the heat.

My stay at this hotel was a delight from start to finish. The room was exceptionally spacious, immaculately clean, and boasted all the amenities one could desire. The hotel's reception bar was also a standout feature, providing a trendy and cool atmosphere for guests to enjoy. One of the standout aspects of this hotel was the complimentary morning coffee, which helped me start my day off right. Additionally, the shuttle bus service from the airport was a convenient and welcome touch. While the return trip to the airport is charged at a reasonable rate of 4,50€, it's a small price to pay for the ease and comfort it provides. Location-wise, this hotel was ideal. With a McDonald's just across and down the street, grabbing a quick bite to eat was a breeze. Moreover, the bus station was a mere 5-minute walk away (located to the right of McDonald's after 100m). From there, guests can hop on bus 397 to reach the airport or explore the city. I would highly recommend purchasing a multiple-day ticket on GetYourGuide for maximum convenience and value. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

Had stayed before in moxy Stuttgart. This is very similar hotel in design. Love the rooms! Very comfortable with all amenities needed. They put care into designing all elements from the automatic sensor light below the bed, to the welcome screen on the tv, to the comfy couch. Love the furniture and way to use the hangers for my suitcase, clothes and other stuff. Staff were exceptional! From checking-in, to ordering, to checking out! Even going the extra mile to give me a complementary croissant and a waffle at 5am, since the breakfast wasn’t served yet!

I couldn’t connect my tablet to the TV (the tv had chrome cast or HDMI), but it’s a minor detail. The shuttle could be run better. Firstly due to my early flight, there was not shuttle yet, second the system was a bit too manual, with waiting to the airport until they come (10-15min only though). This could be done better via a dedicated app like “giravolta” on-demand shuttles.

The hotel offered us a few things: - reasonable room price vs city centre - free transfer from the airport with reasonable transfer costs with regular shuttles to the airport - easy and quick acces in to Amsterdam central and other areas of the country (we had to go to weesp as well) from the airport

Because you aren’t in the thick of it so to speak; if you come back from the activity you’re doing, you’re more or less there for the evening. Menu choices are limited and a bit more on the expensive side given eg: the burger was served with crisps and not fries.
