Hotel Azinheira

It was very close to the Shrine, about 7 mins walk. Aldi nearby, 3 mins walk, local Market on Sat around 10 mins walk . The hotel staff was very friendly with no exceptions ( a big thank you to the receptionist Maria) :)). Nothing was ever a problem.

I was there with my mum and we both thought the amount of food for breakfast was not enough. We had to ask for more butter, cheese and ham nearly everyday. The amount of certain food was for one person not for two. This is the only issue we had with the hotel. It was great apart from that! :)

I recently toured France, Spain & Portugal on my motorcycle. On the basis of reasonable security for my bike, I selected each of my accommodation stops with this in mind and I certainly found it here with a great underground car park in Fatima. As I had arranged parking for my bike which was provided as part of the room charge. The garage was limited in space and I felt very privileged to be sharing such a space with some wonderful classic cars owned by the hotel. The car park at the rear of the hotel was very large, well lit and secure. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The Hotel itself was very comfortable, the room was great, very clean and the large bed was great. The Hotel location was really good especially for the nearby Basilica. The Continental Breakfast was inclusive of the room charge and served at your table by lovely waitresses and lots of it. I really liked staying at the Hotel Azinheira, very good value.

The Hotel did not have a Dinner option.

The property was close to the Sanctuary, a nice walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff really helpful and nice.

In our room we closed the window and turned on the A/C and we had a quiet, comfortable sleep. Our friends didn’t close the window and all night there was so much noise. It would be helpful if you mentioned to the guests at check in to close the windows at night.

The hotel has a nice location, about 10 min walk from the Sanctuary of Fatima. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room was pristinely clean. The breakfast was Ok, with a selection of breads and cakes, sliced cheese and ham, a platter of fruits (3 varieties), juice, yogurt, butter, coffee and milk.

If you have luggage and are arriving in Fatima at the bus terminal, it’s a 20 to 25 minute walk uphill to the hotel. You might consider taking a taxi.

Was very close to sanctuary ,breakfast simply but delicious,staff very friendly and helpful.Room clean and bed very comfortable,Aldi on the end on the street.Parking around.

well presented breakfast...room cleaned every day without asking. polite staff. excellent location near sanctuary. clean and tidy room

the air con was not functional during the evening time but after speaking to reception we had no further issues. an excellent stay and we will return to this place on next visit to Fatima

Staff were really lovely, did their best to help with any query I had. Great location. Lovely variety of breakfast fruit, yogurt, bread rolls cheese and ham with coffee/tea and orange juice, my last day I departed at 2.15am and staff arranged breakfast for me. Comfortable room, great shower. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay in this hotel. When I return to Fatima i will be seeking to rebook here! Dinner a the hotel was excellent and very very reasonably priced, drinks included. Hotel staff kindly printed documents I needed with no extra charge. Overall a great hotel!

Unfortunately I couldn’t get the air conditioning to go below 17 degrees that I could figure out. Street traffic noise can be loud, it’s not the hotels issue however.

The location is great. The room was very comfortable. It serves an amazing breakfast. Also the attached restaurant has a dinner that was very good. Three courses with wine. $15 total. Such a great value. I would definitely stay here again.

A great hotel in a good location. Our room was large and very clean. Walking distance to restaurants and the sites of Fatima. The breakfast was good, bed super comfortable. Parking was available across the streer. Great value for money.

Everything was perfect.
