I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were absolutely amazing - spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything. The attention to detail and exceptional service truly made my experience unforgettable. I can't wait to return and enjoy another fantastic stay at this outstanding hotel.

It perfectly suited our needs - clean, modern & comfortable room. Very clever access system using an app - no need for a “reception” area and a very responsive WhatsApp service. Great location - quiet area yet easy access to walk everywhere and lovely to be so close to the river.

Nothing we didn’t like but it would have been nice to have an area to sit outside or just a second chair to relax in the room. The shower is very small.

Very modern, comfortable and clean room in a very nice building. Close to the venue of extramuralhas which allowed me to walk there. Also very quiet during the night allowing for a nice and restful sleep. All the process of checkin, opening the doors was automatic. The ability of opening every door through a website is amazing and worked really well.

Nothing I can think of, all worked out well.

Got an upgrade to a bigger room which was free - this was very nice. The accommodation was great and at a good price too - I can only be happy. The possibility to cook inside the room is a very strong differentiating factor versus staying at a conventional hotel. Good ventilation and heating too. Nice breakfast and a great host. It can't go much better than this!

Everything was nice and there are not relevant negative points to mention. The host is always willing to help so you can just get in touch and ask her support, she is very happy to help. Personally, I only felt it was a bit noisy sometimes with other hosts and also with the staff in the morning.

The Porta 20 guesthouse is so perfectly located: a 5 minute walk to the Jardim de Camões, and the center of Leiria, with its restaurants, bars, and historic buildings; 10 minutes to the excellent bus station; and close to supermarkets and a launderette. But what really made my stay special was the staff. I received a delicous and varied breakfast box every morning, my room was small but had everything I needed for a month-long stay.

Had a mixup with the dates but Tatiana was super responsive and sorted this out for us. The stay itself was wonderful super impressed, lovely decor very clean great location. May potentially come again this week!

Automatic AC system not allowing you to adjust to the settings you actually need. We realised it wasn’t wise for us to call in the late AM to adjust this so ended up not using it at all

Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Kitchenette was very convenient. Breakfast was fresh and generous. Our host was very welcoming. There is a small supermarket located nearby and it was only a short walk to the town centre.

It is difficult to walk to the property from the bus station with luggage as the property is at the top of a steep hill. Coffee machine is located in hallway for guests to share.

- Easy checkin and checkout with code, clear and very friendly communication via WhatsApp. - Very nice modern and stylish room with comortable bed, we got upgaded from twin to double bed for free. - Room has fridge and mini kitchen. - Nice shower and bathroom.

- Longer time in shower to go from cold to hot and vice versa..but not a big issue.

The double room was extremely nice and cosy. My colleague stayed in a single room and it was little bit too small but also cosy. The double room was exceptionally large and really nice to stay at. Breakfast was also nice but it was an additional service. The service was handeled really nicely via Whatsapp- what ever you needed to ask you got a prompt reply.

Excellent location, modern & clean rooms, easy & secure parking = will definitely return and also refer friends & family!

One item: the automatic air freshner smells great however, it is WAY TOO STRONG, to a point where I got headaches and had to keep the room window open for fresh air. Please limit the scented fragrance spray...it is too much!
